Golf View is a wonderful one-bedroom, one-bathroom Condo that sits on the greens of The Grand Traverse Resort. The middle-level Condo sleeps 4 and is perfect for a small family or golf lovers.

There is a full kitchen, and dining room, newly decorated living room with a sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The deck overlooking the golf course is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine after a round of golf.

Golf View is a great home base if you are planning on exploring Traverse City and the surrounding area like Elk Rapids and Charlevoix. Turtle Creek Casino is right up the road, and local Ski Resorts are nearby for winter activities. Conveniently located near many local restaurants, public beaches, and shops.

Resort amenities are not included.

Fulfilled its purpose

Close to Traverse City, which was very convenient. Super dated, and cleanliness was less than desirable. Toilet and shower were not clean, there was hair still on the floor in the bathroom from previous stay. If your looking for a place to drop your clothes and sleep, this will do.

Weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a good rental experience. Plenty of room inside condo. Nice to have the kitchen available to make meals. Only downside for my husband was the TV not working.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bedroom was comfortable. The kitchen was serviceable and the balcony had a nice view. Three things altered my rating from good to average (at best). Not worth the price paid.1. The bedcouch was nearly unsleepable, old, and forced us to use the floor and the main bed. Advertisement said, sleeps 4. New bedcouch needed.2. The front door to building does not shut properly. 3. No washing facilities. Needed to go off site to wash clothes.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never a good idea to have a welcome sheet with information and in bold letters stating BUGS, BUGS, BUGS. Yes we have bugs.The dining table was not thoroughly clean nor were some of the seats of the chairs.There were gnats in the tub and a dark ring in the toilet bowl. Not pleasant. The living room furnishings appeared very "tired". The location was very convenient, and that was a positive

Shockingly Minimal
