This 5 bedroom 3 full bath house is located 20 minutes to downtown Savannah in a beautiful neighborhood. This home is also 30 minutes to Tybee Beach and less than an hour to Hilton Head. It is totally brand new with all new furnishings and all the amenities of home. Perfect to enjoy a full day of exploring Savannah and then come back to a safe cozy home. 75 inch TV in main living room, 65 inch in master bedroom, and 55 inch in the other 4 bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with the convenience of being home. Regular coffee maker as well as a single cup
Keurig. One closet is locked for our privacy and extra stock items. Downstairs has a Queen bed set as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 king size beds as well as a full bathroom. The master has a king bed a couch and a double sink vanity separate tub and stand alone enclosed shower. The master closet is locked for our personal items please respect our privacy. Relax in our screened patio looking at the wooded area behind the house. Very quick and relaxing after a day of site seeing.
***This is house is not wheelchair accessible*** No Parties or Gatherings at this house. No more than the number of guests on reservation max 10 at all times.****

Upon walking inside the spaciousness and house set up was impressive. The house fit 6 adults comfortably with 4 adults having their own rooms.The beds were the best beds ever so comfortable. Christine was accommodating and very professional. Location was great as well!

Girl Scout Trip

This is a great house to stay at. It had enough room for everyone. Dinning table to seat everybody for meetings and games. Large livingroom for movie nights that we were in.

Home away from home

When our family meets up every year, we have two non-negotiable requirements when we book a house: it must have an open concept great room. And it has to have real beds (bunk beds and sofa beds are not real beds). This house was everything we wanted and more. First of all, it's in a beautiful location. Great, quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean. Beds, pillows, sheets, towels looked brand new. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality dishes, silverware, pots and pans and smart appliances. The dining room table was big enough for all of us. The sectional was super comfy. Some in our group drove 13 hours to get there and it was nice to be able to sleep in hotel quality beds. It's the first time, in many years of renting vacation homes, that no one complained about anything. Savannah is very beautiful and this house just made our vacation that much more special. We have never gone back to the same place twice but that might change :-)

Savannaha trip

There were 10 of us going on this trip. I wanted a place that slept 10, 5 bedrooms, no pull out couches, bunk beds etc. It also had 4 king beds, 1 queen. This group needed 4 kings, tall men! This place was ABSOLUTLEY perfect! 20-30 minutes from downtown Savannah, 30 minutes from the airport. We arrived to find a spacious, simply decorated, lovely home! It accommodated all of us. Plenty of space to break up in groups to play cards, chat, watch tv, or read! Also, a nice deck.The beds were amazing! Comfortable! We only made breakfast,enough supplies for that. Quiet neighborhood,and we could park 2 cars. A great stay!

Fun stay in Savannah!

The house was very clean and spacious. The first few days we dealt with Hurricane Debby but made the most of it! The couch was big enough to fit all 6 of us so on rainy days we were all able to comfortable watch the Olympics and movies. I’d highly recommend staying at this house especially for larger groups.

Family vacation

Great location for getting in and out of Savannah! We would go in and out a couple of times a day! Comfortable beds, lots of seating room and quiet street where we could play outside with the kids. We had 6 adults and 4 kids ages 2-6 so that’s saying a lot!

Engagement weekend for our daughter

The home is lovely and well appointed, but when we arrived, it was 91 degrees in the house. It took 10 hours to cool to a comfortable temperature, making our first night miserable. There is one air conditioning unit to cool a 2 story, 2800sf home, and the unit had been turned completely off, so it had a lot of catching up to do. The house was clean, other than the tons of dead bugs in the window sills, on all kitchen cabinet doors, and dead roaches on the floor of the living room and bathroom. The neighborhood is ok. The location is convenient to a grocery store, gas station, and coffee shop, but if you're looking to spend a lot of time downtown, keep in mind it's a $30 uber each way or 25 minutes in the car.

Weekend home away home .

My friend was ahowimg a movie where it was partially filmed at. So, several of us made the trip from N.C. , and others areas to attend the event. I found this property, and it seemed perfecly fit for my small group of travelers. The hone is extremly accomodating. Its very open and spacious. Clean , very nicely furnished. Tvs located in every bedroom , and three full bathrooms were a plus. I highly recommend this property , its in a nice , beautiful neighborhood.

Awesome in Savannah

Wonderful accommodations! Large, spacious rooms with all the essentials; very clean house nicely decorated; quiet neighborhood with nearby access to all that Savannah region offers.
