Centrally located in the Southeast quadrant of Cape Coral, this charming 3 bed 2 bath villa is just minutes away from local shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches that SW FL has to offer! With a heated pool and sleeping capabilities for 8, this property exudes luxury and comfort with ample room for relaxation and entertainment.
Upon entry, guests will find a unique layout with 2 distinct living room spaces, both equipped with large leather sofas and loveseats with big Smart TV's. These rooms are seamlessly connected to a spacious and well-equipped kitchen where you will find all the essentials and the perfect setting for preparing gourmet meals. Prepare delicious meals and savor them at the dining room table with seating up to 8 (with leaf) or take your meals outside to the spacious patio area and dine while soaking up the refreshing outdoor breeze.
In the 3 bedrooms you will find large walk-in closets and mounted smart TV's allowing everyone of your guests or family members to escape and catch up on their favorite shows. Each room offers stylish linens and comfortable beds allowing for a good night's rest after your busy day. The Master bedroom is a large retreat with an ensuite bathroom. Second full bathroom has direct access to lanai and pool.
The outdoor area is a true oasis. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture while watching TV and fire up the grill and sizzle up a delicious barbecue feast. The backyard landscaping is lush providing great scenery while outside!

HOME TRUTHS~

-As a guest you will have full access to the house with the exception of the owner's closet located in hallway entrance.

-A keypad code will be provided for easy check in.

-Garage accommodates one car, and 2-3 cars in driveway. Please do not park in front any neighbor's home.

-We do have 3 security cameras mounted ONLY on the exterior of home. None of these cameras face lanai pool area or the interior of home.

-No pets allowed in property

-No smoking in or outside of this home

-Parties and events are not allowed in the house. Please don't book this house for any party.

-Depending on the days of the week you are staying at our villa, you may experience general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include- lawn, pool or utility service workers. The lawn is mowed once a week and the pool is serviced once a week as well. Please note they have our permission to be there and perform their jobs. They will not need to be inside the home, just outside and on the lanai.

-Heated pool is set at 85 degrees at no additional charge. Guests are kindly asked to not touch or adjust any pool equipment or an additional charge of $150 will be assessed.

-We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, snacks etc. All other supplies will need to be provided by the guests.

-Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and we ask that you observe quite hours between 10pm-8am
