Location, Location, Location. Not only is this beautiful home walking distance to Old Town, it also happens to be on the north side of Old Town (just around the corner from the W Hotel). This puts you steps away from the most amazing nightlife Scottsdale has to offer, not to mention fantastic restaurants and the Fashion Square Mall for a downright amazing shopping experience!
The space
Top to bottom remodel in 2023 gives life back to this 1950's charmer bringing the "modern" to Mid-Century Modern. From the concrete floors to the high end recessed lighting with built in night lights this smart homes a show stopper. Expertly designed with you in mind and tastefully decorated with no expense spare help to create a remarkable vacation oasis during your stay.

~TWO primary suites with private bathrooms in each on opposite sides of the house
~Professionally designed and decorated home inside and out

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and property inside and out.

Pool can be heated (approximately 87 degrees). Must give 48 hour reminder. Cost to heat pool is $75 per day (highly recommended during fall, winter, spring).

Too to bottom remodel in 2024. We bought high end luxury to this old town rambler. Voice commands throughout the home, high end TV’s and sound, heated pool, misters, this house has it all so you can relax after your day shopping or night out!
