Welcome to Casa Paloma!
Our home features an open floor plan, 4 spacious bedrooms, an indoor and outdoor fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, multiple dining areas, multiple hangout areas, a heated pool, a 6-person jetted hot tub and so much more.
Pool heating is always included for no extra charge!
Well-behaved pets stay for a flat fee of $50. Please mention in the booking you have pets!
If you have any special requests that we may be able to accommodate, please don't hesitate to reach out!
The Inside Features:
-Fully Equipped Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances
-Open Floor plan
-Unique furnishings and styling throughout
-A modern bar and dining room - perfect for small family and friend gatherings
-A Master Bedroom with a king bed, 3 closets, and guest access to the backyard patio.
-3 Other spacious bedrooms with a king bed, 2 queen beds, twin bunk beds, and comfortable/clean linens
-4 brand new Smart TVs
-An indoor wood-burning fireplace for the chilly winter nights
The Outside Features:
-A large pool that can be heated to 83 degrees year round
-A Brand-new 6 person jetted hot-tub that is always heated
-Outdoor firepit
-Covered balcony
-Loungers and umbrellas
-4 hole putting green
-Day-Bed for lounging
-BBQ Grill w/ grill utensils
-Nighttime lighting
Amenities and Extras:
-Clean bath towels, pool towels, washcloths, makeup towels, linens, and blankets
-High Speed Internet (500 Mbps)
-Disney+ and Hulu included on every TV.
-Kid-friendly with a pack n play, booster seat, kids games, toys, pool toys, and more
-Putters and golf balls for the putting green
-Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels
-Clean dishes, pots and pans, appliances, coffee maker, blender, baking trays, cooking utensils, eating utensils and more.
-Propane for BBQ and Outdoor firepit

Additionally, we are always happy to help and answer every question you have!
Our guests will have 100% private access to the entire house for the entirety of their stay.
Guests will have a unique code to access the property via smartlock.
Additional notes:
-Pool fence is available for easy self-installation. Upon request, we can also send our handyman for installation for an additional fee prior to your arrival.
-If available, early check in and check out can be negotiated for an additional fee.
