The condo

This entire one-bedroom condo on the 26th floor of the Waikiki Banyan sleeps up to 4 guests and offers mountain and city skyline views from a private balcony. A private entrance, elevator access, and keypad self check-in make arriving straightforward, and free garage parking for one vehicle is included. Long-term stays are welcomed for those planning an extended time on the island.



Living space

The living area is set up for easy downtime - a sectional sleeper sofa, 65-inch HDTV with cable, and fast wifi verified at 213 Mbps give you everything you need for a relaxed evening in. An Ethernet connection is also available for remote work or uninterrupted streaming. A window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space comfortable year-round, and sliding doors open directly onto the balcony, so the breeze and the view are always close at hand.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, giving guests their own private space. A king bed is dressed with cotton linens and paired with extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. Clothing storage in the closet keeps the room easy to settle into. The sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates additional guests.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a Frigidaire refrigerator, stainless steel electric stove and single oven, microwave, rice maker, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a full set of dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics. Coffee is provided. A dining table gives you a proper place to gather, plan the day, or linger over a meal.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, hair dryer, and a full set of bathroom essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A vanity with storage keeps things organized throughout your stay.

An EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is available on the premises. Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, along with an iron for longer stays.

Waikiki Beach is one block away. Kapiʻolani Park, the Honolulu Zoo, local restaurants, shops, and public transit are all within easy walking distance. Free resort access to nearby resort facilities is included, giving you additional options without going far.
