THE RANCH HOUSE is a charming standalone one-bedroom haven that has been recently renovated to provide a fully equipped and relaxing stay.



As you enter, the large front patio adorned with rocking chairs beckons, setting the stage for a warm welcome. Inside, discover a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen boasting a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and essential cooking utensils.



The generously sized bathroom features a hallway entry, double sinks, and a quaint dressing table complete with a makeup mirror. The private bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, streaming television, and a spacious walk-in closet.

WHERE CAN WE SWIM?

This property is five minutes from the Guadalupe River and numerous Tubing Rental businesses. Schlitterbahn is just over two miles away, and the public city swimming pool, Landa Park Aquatic Complex, is just under three miles from Garrison in Gruene. There is no longer a pool on-site.



DO YOU PROVIDE BREAKFAST OR DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?

We do not offer breakfast or daily housekeeping services. However, we highly recommend Buttermilk Cafe or Kora Kora nearby for delicious dining options.



WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM*

Check-out is at 11:00 AM*
