House Angie is located in a quiet rural area, only 4 km from the next beach in Porto Rafti, 8 km from the airport and the Metro station in Koropi (35 minutes to the center of Athens). Due to the location we recommend a car for daily commutes.
On a plot of approximately 3 acres with electric gate access and a beautiful garden this two-storey house has a private entrance. The front door leads you into the living room with dining area and fireplace, which joins the kitchen which is on a raised level (patio doors to the garden). The living room has a fireplace, a beautiful sitting and dining area for up to 10 people, a piano and beautiful decoration. Here you can also find a sofa bed for 2 people. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: toaster, kettle, espresso machine, microwave, electric oven with hob and hood, dishwasher and double fridge with ice maker. Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 15 people.
Upstairs (accessible via an internal staircase) there are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 5-6 people. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and there is a shared bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom with its own balcony.
In the spacious garden, which offers access to the entrance, there is enough space for the children to play and for the adults to relax after swimming while having lunch under the pergola.

On the lower level there is an additional apartment in the basement, which is completely separate. In this part of the plot you can use the free parking space. There is also a barbecue, which can be used upon request. Pets only upon request.
