Thanks to these owners and their forethought, we had a fantastic stay. Off street parking, a short walk to the beach, a nice kitchen. Nice, bright apartment. You can’t go wrong with this place!

Great location

Really enjoyed the neighborhood vibe. Walked down to the beach and my wife collected some nice sea glass. Unit had everything we needed and the owner was always available to answer questions. Highly recommend.

More than we expected

This property is exceptional. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach, close to our activities for the weekend, so comfortable and quiet! I loved the location, how bright the apartment is, and the parking…just awesome. You won’t regret a stay here, that’s for sure.

Great property

This property is conveniently located to bus and subway lines and within walking distance to the beach. The place is light and bright and was the perfect size for me, my husband and granddaughter. Nice deck to sit out and have your coffee on in the morning or wine in the evening. Robert was very responsive and a great host. I'd definitely stay there again.

Mother/Daughter Vacation

Overall we loved our stay here. The location is close to activities, the house was clean, and the hosts were kind. Some general feedback, but not a complaint for future travelers and the host. The linens (towels and sheets) smelled like mildew. The host does reside upstairs. Their family is awake early and you can hear someone using the bathroom upstairs when laying in bed. Not ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the nightlife of Boston. Parking also was a challenge, it was not clear in the listing the options are limited street parking or a steep inclined driveway. Despite the small feedback I would definitely book again and do more daytime activities in Boston to cohabitate with the host easier.

Spotless basement apartment in a family home

We enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed basement apartment. It had a full kitchen and bathroom, with a large bedroom. The couch folds out to a bed, and there is a rollaway in the closet which is firm and comfy. As the listing clearly states, there is a family living above you with three children, so you will experience sounds of daily life. The owners are thoughtful and communicate well, checking in to make sure all was ok. It's a nice neighborhood and reasonable driving distance to Boston. There's great restaurants, grocery and liquor stores all within walking distance. Fast WiFi and modern decor. There have obviously been some messy tenants in the past as there is much concern for how you leave the place

Wunderbares Appartement

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war für alles gesorgt und Robert hat unsere Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Nochmal danke, Robert. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Vom nahegelegenen Flughafen bekommt man unserer Meinung nach wenig mit. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und am Meer. Wir sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great Suburban Apartment

Loved the apartment. It was in a great location just outside of Boston. Very easy commute into the city and close to the beach, golf course and Salem. I didn’t give it 5 stars because bedding and couch need to be upgraded for comfort. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Beautiful Space

We had a wonderful stay! the apartment was clean and lovely. The hosts were extremely kind and the location was a few minute walk from the beach! We will definitely be back!
