Opens to the “heart of the home” with a striking white mission style kitchen. Absolutely gorgeous granite with a plethora of natural veins. A fine example proving mother nature can't be duplicated. Cool rustic unique lighting, an abundance of “subway tile,” a revival of “Old-School.” Iron & Walnut wood open shelves. Gleaming high prostyle oven/range calling all foodie lovers & chefs “In the house!” Great room offers rich faux wood flooring, “Honest Abe,” Not the real stuff, but looks great and easy to keep clean. Cool sputnik chandelier, lots of natural light, and a great comfy sofa, “A must for Alan’s Properties!” Sparkling new large tv for a movie night. All bedrooms are comfy with high quality memory foam mattresses to ensure a pleasant & peaceful night's sleep. Quality sheets and comfy covers! Colorful towels! Full laundry unit on the first floor will make a mundane task make you smile.

The Location

The home is off the beaten path, with a country/village feel in the neighborhood. Very quiet, nothing to walk to, but a short drive into marietta town. Offering cool historic shops, cafes, one of Alan’s favorite restaurants is Railroad House. Enjoy some great hiking at chickies rock, offering spectacular views of the susquehanna river. Another short ride to a small vibrant, robust little town of Columbia. Cool shops, cafes, antiques, breweries and restaurants!
