Peony Acres and the quaint cottage is exclusively yours. Choose to venture out to historic downtown Lancaster City, only 10 minutes away or grill by the patio along side of your private hot tub.

The space
Gather around the farm table and taste the rich flavor of farm-to-table eggs provided by your cottage Host, from their pasture raised chickens. Relax on the front porch in a rocking chair and read a book or chat about your day. Peony Acres and the quaint cottage is exclusively yours. Hike one of the many of trails nearby or kayak on the winding Conestoga River or the Susquehanna River. Go antiquing or take a Covered Bridge self-guided tour. Experience the Amish lifestyle and book a Horse and Buggy Ride or visit the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania. Walk to the quiet campus of Millersville
University, just a few blocks away, and pause to see the pair of white swans at the campus’ pond. Book a show at the Fulton Theater or Sight and Sound Theatre, both conveniently close to Peony Acres.

Regardless of how you choose to spend your stay, the sunset will welcome you back. Fire up the grill, dine on the furnished backyard patio, play a few games of basketball. If children are accompaning you, enjoy the 6' deck playground set with sandbox. In the evening, soak in the secluded hot tub then enjoy good conversations while gathered around the fire pit.

This charming cottage accommodates 8 people, has 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Offers off-street parking with direct sidewalk access to Millersville University, Raney Cellars, Freedom Memorial Park, Conrad’s Butcher & Deli, and more.

Guest access
Access to the basement, 1st and 2nd floor. Detached garage and attic are not accessible.

Other things to note
Please be respectful of the neighbors. They work and disturbances would limit the ability to offer our home for others to relax and enjoy.

Lastly, we will contact you after booking to send you a simple liability lease due to amenities on the property.
