Downtown Duval St. Condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños, ubicado en el corazón del casco antiguo. A poca distancia de muchas de las principales atracciones y a solo unas cuadras de la playa. Aire acondicionado centralizado, lavadora / secadora, lavaplatos y wi-fi de cortesía.
Ubicado en el popular complejo Duval Square, que incluye restaurantes, peluquería, banco y una tienda conveniente solo por nombrar algunos. Usted está en el corazón de todo, pero aún así se encuentra en el segundo piso, lejos de todo el ruido del complejo. Siéntese, relájese y disfrute de la hermosa piscina compartida.



Las familias son bienvenidas en nuestros alquileres de vacaciones. No se permiten grupos de estudiantes. Nuestro requisito de edad mínima para alquilar es de 25 años. Todos en su grupo deben tener 25 años para registrarse, a menos que estén acompañados por un padre.

The location and property were good. The unit faced the square with restaurants. The roosters crowed all through the middle of the night and it was very loud.

The location was perfect! There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well. The property was clean, spacious and very well kept!

Great place in a quiet part of Duval!

We were a group of 4 and the accommodations were very comfortable. Place was clean and spacious with access to the pool being a nice bonus for chilling in the afternoons. Convenient for walking to any location on the island. We enjoyed our time!!!

Great spot close to the action but removed enough

We were a quick walk or golf cart ride from everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. The condo had all of the necessary amenities, and it was removed from the loud party scene. Booking, accessing and departing were very easy. The relaxing in between was a true delight. Thanks for a great accommodation.

One balcony and large patio outside. Such a fun location. Close to shops and restaurants. In the middle of everything but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great and on the quieter part of Duval St.

The place was clean and stocked with extra towels and blankets. We enjoyed the location over looking the shopping square and the fact it was quiet at night. The only drawback was that the pull out sofa was small and extremely hard.

Very clean and spacious rental, my wife suggested extra blankets? The weather was wet and cooler for this time of year but it didn’t stop seeing all the sites. The rental made everything very safe and secure from entry to parking.

Great property

Would definitely stay at this location again. Only note I had was the pullout couch was either for 1 adult or 2 children. Keep that in mind when looking at party mix. The property was clean, in a great location, and provided a lot of space for our group of friends.

Week long stay in Key West

I would rate the property, location and communications with the owner as excellent. This was our second stay with this facility. The only negative thing I could say is the quest bedroom tv only got one channel. Probably a remote controller issue. Not that big an issue! You are in Key West anyways

Great Location on Duval Street

Great location within walking distance of most of the major attractions and popular restaurants. Unit is roomy enough for at least 4 adults. Housekeeping could do better getting the unit ready though. They missed cleaning food items, trash, etc. . from previous renters and sheets could be cleaner.
