Welcome to our brand-new property – the ultimate desert destination for your getaway!

🌟 Resort-Style Backyard: Our entertainer’s backyard has everything you need for a resort-style weekend getaway. Amenities include a sparkling saltwater pool, a Baja shelf for lounging, ample room for laying out in the sun or shade, and an oversized spa to unwind in style.

🌞 Outdoor Entertainment: Our outdoor backyard oasis features a Pickleball Court, a huge covered patio with a large BBQ grill, outdoor TV for any entertainment needs, built in ice cooler, and an extra-large built in island table that can comfortably seat 12. Also, to make your trip more enjoyable, you can relax in the backyard around our large, cozy fire table, or have a game of Cornhole or Table Tennis with friends for some friendly competition.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Baths: With seven spacious bedrooms, six with king-sized beds, and one double bunk room with Twins over Fulls, you and your guests will experience the utmost in comfort and luxury. Two of these bedrooms come with ensuite full baths for added convenience. In total, there are four fully stocked bathrooms with fresh towels and essential toiletries.

📺 Entertainment Everywhere: With the game room and arcade in the garage, 75inch TV in the living room, or Vinyl Record player with fun albums to play, there is always something to do at the house. We also provide high-speed internet throughout the entire home for tablets, or incase there are some who need to mix business with pleasure.

🍳 Kitchen & Living Room: Our well-appointed kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, complete with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and an abundance of dishware for hosting large groups. The living room offers plenty of comfy seating for your entire party, and soundbar speakers in the kitchen-living room area ensure the perfect soundtrack to your gatherings.

🚗 Ample Parking: You won't have to worry about parking, as we offer 2 spots in the driveway and ample street parking options.

🌴 Relax and Unwind: We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible, so we've included spa heating in your reservation. If you'd like to heat the pool, there's a daily charge of $75 – just let us know 2 days before your arrival.

We'll get you a code to enter and you'll enjoy a private stay for the duration of your stay, but reach out should you need anything at all to make your stay more comfortable

Pool and Spa Safety Instructions:

Children in the pool area must be always supervised by a watchful adult.
Shower with soap and water before entering the pool or spa.
Please no jumping or diving into the pool or running in the pool area.
Do not bring glass in or near the pool and spa.
Guests are advised not to use the pool or spa when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness, should consult with a doctor before entering the spa.

When using the pool and spa, you are responsible for your safety and the safety of your guests. Please use caution at all times

NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME. You will be charged $500, plus any applicable damages if this rule is violated
