Cute

This was a cute little place to stay and close to most things. It was decorated cute. Beds were a little hard. We didn’t get enough towels and wash cloths for the stay, had to reuse. Overall decent place to stay. Parking is horrendous. You can’t have a big vehicle bc there isn’t enough space. The check out list was a little excessive saying we needed to sweep up sand. The strip of molding along the tub was coming up could easily cut your foot on it.

The site does have a public washer/dryer but no detergent (I don’t think the description reads that). The parking is tight but they do offer a parking pass to the garage located directly beside the condo.

Great location Property had everything needed in the kitchen bath guest rooms. Love the tv selections. Only request is a better couch and fold out couch is best ideal. Love to rent this property again Thanks

Life's a Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was great. It was our first time in Virginia Beach, and did so with three young children (two under two). Very close to the beach (within walking distance). The condo was clean when we arrived, other than typical dust. The kitchen had all the supplies that we would need. It was newly remodeled, which was a little different than what we had planned, but everything worked out. My biggest complaint was that we were surprised with no dressers, but made it work. The parking was pretty messy at points, too.

Les points positifs: -L'emplacement car il est près de la plage et des attraits touristiques. - Salle de buanderie sur place. Les points négatifs -L'air climatisé était très bruyante. -Les lits inconfortables (les lits simples sont des box springs et non des matelas). -Le lit Queen est confortable mais la structure du lit en métal est très bruyante au moindre mouvement. -condo pour 8 personnes, table à manger pour 4 (seulement 4 chaises) - matelas du divan-lit non confortable. Divan usé.

low expectations

Everything was as expected. We reserved this property solely on location. The master was extremely cramped. The bed in the master was awful. If your partner moves when they sleep, you will not sleep at all. The bed squeaks so loud I got no sleep for the entire week.

Close to beach but run down!

This condo is an easy 1 block walk to the beach. BUT, trust the reviews that say it is run down and dirty!! The couch was so gross we wouldn't sit on it without covering it with a sheet. One of the chairs in the living room has a broken leg, making it unusable. The shower has a ton of mildew. And the corners of every room are caked with dirt. It looks like the only cleaning going on by the property's cleaning crew is a quick mop and wipe down of counters. The pull out bed under the bunk beds was so gross I wouldn't let anyone sleep on it. The entire place needs a good deep clean. Has a lot of potential, and is in a good location, but for the price I expect it to at least be completely clean.

We had 5 adults and 2 children u see the age of 3.

Generally a nice place but needs some T.L.C.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire complex was generally nice. It was by no means on the high end of things. It was in a very good location to the beach and shops. Our condo unit itself was pretty nice. It was laid out well and had a newer look to it. The paint and floors were in good condition and it has two good size HD tvs. The place did need some T.L.C. The furniture needs to be upgraded. The bed was very squeaky in one of the rooms and when a guest sat on a chair in the living room a leg fell off the chair. The place could also have been cleaner, especially the tile floor. In the end, it was a pretty nice place. I personally would not stay there again but I do not want to be too harsh. It just did not rise to the level that I was looking for.

You can be at the beach sun bathing on the boardwalk area within 5 minutes of leaving the front door. Or, if the local, less-crowded beach spots are more your thing, you're a short 10 minute drive from local spots like Croatan Beach. Everything is a walk away. The only downfall is the beds are a little rough.

Family Vacation

We did have a couple of concerns in the beginning but everything was addressed once we reached out to the property management team. I would suggest a swifer mop in the property for cleaning the sand is difficult to maintain with a broom alone. Also would suggest a TV in the Master bedroom especially when a family is staying in the unit one TV is challenging to share. Overall I would stay again.

As with other reviews, we found the floors quite dirty which was not great for little kids who wanted room to play. Wifi did not work for us despite having the passcode. We called, were told to complete an online form, then got an email asking us to call to make an appointment to fix it. Since it was the last day, we did not bother calling again.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Pacific Breeze on 9th St.For what we paid it could of been better. First nite opened up the sofa bed for my daughter to sleep , it was full of sand and Doritos. So it wasn't cleaned. The floor was very Sandy. The bed sqeek really bad and furniture was broke. Not to mention the condo's were rented to a lot of welfare crazy people. They harrrsed u as you sat outside. One ask my husband to help him move becuz his girlfriend through him out. Also a lady harrased us about cigarettes laying around. We didn't smoke. And if we did maybe they should empty the over filled cig cans so people had a place to put them . We were very unhappy and won't stay there again. Ty Robin Burke
