Drive down past our farm amongst the trees and wildlife. Adventure awaits in this beautifully recently converted school bus. See what it's like to live in a tiny home with all the amenities. Get fresh eggs from the chickens, sit on the porch, roast s'mores, lay in the hammock, play games, shower with nature all around you, and just rest and restore.
Book any of the add ons: Scavenger hunts, Animal visits, Mini Photo Session, Charcuterie Picnic, Flower Crown Design Party.
Located 15 minutes from downtown Tacoma and 13 minutes from the Puyallup Fair.

I needed a get away to unplug with some friends and Gloria was the perfect fit! What a magical experience it was. The bus was so warm and cozy perfect for a fall day! The bed was very comfortable! Abbi was such a kind host, she answered all of my questions in a timely matter and oh my word! Her cinnamon rolls were amazing!

The CUTEST VRBO place, it was so beautiful inside and out and the perfect place to relax. We will be back & hopefully stay longer! Loved letting the little chickens in the morning while we hung out on the patio.

Girls weekend out

Stayed one night. The bus was a good size for two adults, bunk beds are child sized. The interior was clean and nicely decorated. The composting toilet was an experience. One problem was no bathroom sink for brushing teeth or washing hands. Also no big mirror. We would stay here again.

Our stay at Gloria

My girlfriend and I stayed at Gloria the Skoolie for 7 days and it was an amazing experience. We did a photoshoot, and got to spend some time with the goats. The bus had everything we needed and beyond. We were able to eat fresh eggs almost everyday, and give the chickens treats. Abbi and her family were the best hosts we could’ve asked for, response time was fast, they were super friendly, and very transparent to pricing for the different activities on the property. While we were there.. we were also able to experience a momma goat giving birth to two babies, very cool experience (not guaranteed, we just got lucky haha) The location was great, especially if it’s your first time in Washington. Downtown seattle was anywhere between 45 mins to an hour depending on traffic. Downtown Tacoma was about 15-20 mins away.. We even traveled up to Olympic National Park from the bus which was about 2-21/2 hours away. Staying here is totally worth it. I hope everyone gets to experience something like this one day. We will definitely stay here again.

Sweet Stay!

We loved our stay at Gloria! The bus is cozy and the outdoor area is roomy and sweet. The chickens were an extra fun added bonus!

Perfect unqiue family getaway

We absolutely loved staying in the bus! They had everything we needed and more. The bus was renovated beautifully and plenty of room for my family of three. My son couldn't get enough of the chickens and fresh eggs for breakfast was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We live on 5 acres of farmland 15 minutes from downtown Tacoma and 13 minutes from the Washington State Fair. My grandfather was the person that stood up for farms to stay in this area and we get to benefit. You get to benefit!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Driving down a gravel road into the woods feels like such a quick escape and so close to Tacoma, Puyallup, Seattle, and Mount Rainier. It's a central location to urban and rural areas. We consider this space so unique as when you arrive it feels as if you are surrounded by the wilderness.
