This fantastic newly remodeled house features 2 queen beds, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, AC, heating, fireplace and 1 and a half bathrooms with a hair dryer. There are two TVs with Fire Sticks, a cozy living room, dining room and a deck. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Tacoma and our house has to offer! Conveniently and centrally located-near University of Puget Sound and the unique 6th Ave business district.

Super cute and clean house. Easy parking out front. The back deck was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Close to restaurants and night life. Host was super responsive!

In town for a family gathering. This house was centrally located & just perfect for our time there. The remodeling remained true to the character of the home, but provided an updated atmosphere. House was spotless and super clean. Very thankful that the lights were on for our very late arrival. Amenities were great. We especially liked the towels and the bedsheets. Overall I was very impressed with the property and will most likely see if it is available next time we visit Tacoma.

Lovely house; very clean and comfortable. The location is nice and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have an upstairs bathroom, but otherwise worked well for us. Easy street parking.
