We have just a couple weeks left open this summer.

What you see in the pictures it's what our guests will get!

Welcome to Sunrise Paradise, where you can view the most spectacular sunrises from
the comfort of your master bedroom, the balcony or the living room. Our unit is on the 14th floor. When you are ready for some action, go down and enjoy any of the 18 water features on the building, or hangout at the tiki bar or restaurants. Take a few steps away from the building and you will be walking on the fine sand of the beach! There is a lot more to enjoy. Come and find out for yourself all what you’ve been missing!

Sunrise Paradise is a non-smoking, and family friendly condo that sleeps up to eight guests. Full kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and each of them has 1 new queen Sealy Posture-pedic mattress and 1 full bed.; two full bathrooms with the master bathroom having a whirlpool tub, washer/dryer, and 2 new 70” TV's, 4k TVs, 1 new 50" TV on the secondary bedroom, and an oceanfront private balcony.

Great Vacation

This is a condo on the 14th floor with ocean front balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. The owners were attentive to our needs and have a nice clean place.We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing time, our hosts were very quick to respond to my questions. The condo was very neat, clean and well kept and provided all necessities. Beds slept comfortably which is always a plus. I will definitely choose this condo again! Mcclellands from NC

Beautiful Unit, Loved the Resort

The property was very clean and well kept. Check-in and communication with owners was easy, and the resort amenities are excellent. The only negative was that water pressure was not as good as we would like, but that was a minor issue for us.

My husband and I stayed for a month; the resort offers more amenities than any other place we have stayed. The waterfront balcony was the highlight!

Loved the condo ! Very clean and nice. Rob was an amazing host, quick response and friendly . 10/10 rating of property. All the pools were great for the kids and location was awesome. Love the view of the ocean

Great stay, condo is exactly as pictured

We had a great trip. The condo is exactly as pictured, the amenities were open and the direct access to the beach was ideal. The balcony is a lovely perch to watch sunrise while sipping coffee or moon gaze with a glass of wine. We weren't disturbed by sounds from neighbors at any point.

Bay Watch Beach vacation

My family of five stayed here for a week. The Condo was the perfect location, oceanfront with large balcony. It was so wonderful to skip the Front desk check-in and checkout process. The host was so pleasant and communicated everything very well to us. Loved the welcome letter with all pertinent information and starter kit of toiletries. The decor of the condo was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in.

Pool was dirty and very crowded. Condo was nice but was being shown to possible buyers. The whole facility lost water for a day. Great views from balcony. Furniture old and some was broken.

Clean and Great Host Communication

The condo was clean and well stocked. Great location as you can see both ways down the beach from the balcony. This is the first time I have used a super-host and they were very accommodating. They didn't seem to mind any text I sent, although I didn't go crazy.

Smoke free resort

For this being a smoke free resort there was a constant smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke while on the balcony. This made the balcony less than enjoyable.

Best Beach Views Ever!

The condo was just as pictured in the listing, the ocean views were spectacular and the host was responsive to our needs. In addition, the resort's pools and amenities were great and just as described. The only detraction was that there weren't any local restaurants, shops or bars within walking distance so be prepared to drive quite a bit during your stay. Other than that, it was a great place to stay overall.

Great place to stay

This is a very nice oceanfront property. You don't have to check in at the desk since you have full communication with Rob, the only thing that we didn't like and I know he has no control of is how often the pools were cleaned. But the room itself is just as listed online very nice view and very clean. I highly recommend families and friends to stay here.

Best stay in Myrtle Beach

A wonderful stay through VRBO. No issues whatsoever other than we couldn't stay longer. Several pool options made it great for the whole family. Condo has been updated, TVs are new, internet is fast, so all the comfort items were taken care of. Would definitely come back and stay here. Thanks for a great stay!

great stay, right on the beach, pools and hot tubs as well- beach chairs/umbrellas can be rented ( they are set up for you)on the cheap which is incredibly easy-owners of unit are great..i am a veteran traveler and a simple yes or no for this place is an absolute yes

Right on the beach!

The beach was right there and the pools were very convenient. The lobby was always open and felt welcoming. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The TVs throughout the unit were great and large. There were plenty of towels in the unit.

Perfect Place

We stayed for the entire month of February and it was the perfect place to stay. The condo was clean and updated. The owners were available for questions, recommendations and troubleshooting any problems we had. They responded immediately or within the hour everytime we texted/called. The facilities gave us plenty to do and we enjoyed just about all of them! One indoor pool and one outdoor pool weren't open, but we enjoyed the other 4 heated indoor and outdoor pools/lazy rivers, also the umpteen hot tubs, the gym, restaurants and, of course, the gorgeous beach! We really didn't want to leave. If you get the chance to stay here, take it!

Baywatch

Check in was easy with owners. There was no 15 minute parking right outside building to unload due to cars parked and left there. We saw the same cars parked for our duration as opposed to parking the the garage. The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly especially the toilets. Plenty of bath towels and extra blankets. Other renters around were smoking on the balconies so you could smell cigarettes. Beautiful view of sunrise and plenty of shops/grocery stores around. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are well worth visiting. First time to Myrtle Beach for us and it was for the golf which was great! The beautiful weather was also a plus. Overall a great stay.

Great condo!!

I spent a week in this condo and it was great!! Looks just like the pictures, beautiful view from the balcony, and the owners were fabulous to work with!! There was an issue with the dryer and the immediately sent out a repair man. They also promptly text me back with any questions I had. I will definitely rent from them again!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Many of the units at Baywatch have yet to be updated, and have old pictures that are not at all representative of the current property. We have recently upgraded the unit in September 2020 immediately after purchasing it. The kitchen has brand new cabinets, counters and sink. New flooring throughout, new bathroom cabinets and fixtures, new mattresses, new 70 inch 4k Smart TVs, Hi-speed Internet, IPTV, Cable.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property has more features and amenities than any other property at NMB or MB, 18 water features(pools, hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, kiddie pool, etc.), recreation center with free weights, machines, treadmills and elliptical machines, 3 restaurants, ice cream stand, 2 bars and an outside Tiki bar with live entertainment on weekends and sometimes during the week. One side of the beach next to the unit is vacant which allows for a lot more room at the beach. One of the few buildings with huge spotlights for night time activities on the beach.
