After a year-long renovation project, we are thrilled to present The Cozy and Modern Apartment. Translating to a lovely contemporary living space in the National Capitol Region, Washington, DC, every inch of this apartment has been thoughtfully and kindly re-established to present an experience of chic casual stylishness.

Opting for clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property furnished for the most discerning guests. A fully stocked kitchen awaits with features including a brand-new electric stove, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and a toaster.

The living space displays the works of contemporary décor. Colors are serene and neutral, and comfort is the standard.

After walking through The National Mall and Downtown DC, retreat to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a flatscreen Smart LED TV with streaming access and live Samsung TV, YouTube, Netflix, and other streaming services.

The bedroom includes a master with a queen bed and a walk-in closet. Sleep one more on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With a full large bathroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to keep up with morning/daily routines before heading out for a great adventure in Downtown Washington DC. Next is The National Mall, where there are all attractions such as The White House, plenty of museums, Memorial parks, the icon Washington Monument, and a lot more to discover.

This VRBO unit is perfect for a stay in DC. Very clean. Bed is comfortable. Host is responsive. Bathroom is large. It’s a bit of a walk to a Metro station but doable. We walked up Georgia Ave to Buna Coffeehouse for a wonderful Ethiopian brunch. Having an off-street parking space is important in DC.

Wonderful property and host. Cleanliness of apartment was stellar and ammenities were lovely on top of everything. Host was also very accommodating to check in times and replied fast, obviously cared about our stay. Not located in a scenic area but metro bus routes are as near as a block away. Perfect little place to come back to after seeing the city.

Serene decor

This basement apt is so cute, clean and peaceful. The host has thought of everything you would want for a short stay including Coffee, water, and a snack. The bed was so comfortable. The bus line is about 1 1/2 blocks from the apt. The host gave us perfect directions on how to find the apt. He was also quick to respond to any question we had. Even the people on the bus lines and restaurants were so helpful.

Comfortable, clean, spacious with a wonderful host!

This property is very comfortable, clean, and spacious. It had everything I needed. It was exactly as listed. The host Hanson went above and beyond comminicating with me before and during my stay. He provided a helpful guest welcome packet and truly made sure I was taken care of! I highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay in DC!

The place was just as listed, a perfect size for me and my partner to have a fun getaway in the city for the weekend! The place was clean and we were provided plenty of amenities such as extra blankets, bottles of water, and even a small gift box with some snacks in it! We had a bit of trouble finding the entrance to the place, but only because it was our first time staying in a city like DC. The location is a short walk from a bus stop, which is an even shorter ride to the metro which is how we got around for most of the trip. There is also a Walmart for groceries and a gas station within a few minutes drive of the place. Definitely an option if we were to stay again!

Beautiful rental

We loved staying here, it was clean & Hanson was so nice/helpful. I would maybe having a car for this location, the Main Street it’s off of didn’t feel safe when the sun went down but during the day we were fine & they have a Bikeshare rack across the street that was easily accessible. The second caution was not applicable to me but for my tall partner, there’s a beam that runs through the bathroom/living room that he needed to duck to avoid (he’s 6’2”). This all being said we would still book again, it was beautiful and worked for us!
