Self Check-In
Home is nicely furnished throughout to include: 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, spacious den and adjoining living room which all include Smart TVs. Fully appointed eat in Kitchen with appliances, including gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and more.

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen sized beds, fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite ½ bathroom.
Spacious Den includes a comfy sofa, laundry area, Smart TV, and free high-speed WiFi throughout home. Living Room features a pull-out queen size mattress for additional guests.

Outdoor features include a private backyard, BBQ grill, Patio furniture, cozy porch seating area, onsite parking and covered parking for boats or RV, and keyless access. Covered Parking has overhead lighting, motion lights, electricity and water-hose access to accommodate your boat or RV needs.

There is plenty of space to accommodate guests wishing to bring recreational vehicles or boats to enjoy all of the outdoor activities Guntersville has to offer, including monthly bass tournaments on Lake Guntersville


Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Motion sensor lights installed for your convenience. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on site. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
