Welcome to Sunset Hideaway, your dreamy lakeside log escape where rustic elegance meets lakeside luxury. Nestled along the quiet, glistening shores of Lake Norman, this custom log home invites you to slow down, settle in, and soak up every golden sunset and star-filled night.

As you step inside, you're immediately welcomed by the warmth of wood beams, soaring ceilings, and a grand stone fireplace that anchors the open-concept living space. 📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Sunset Hideaway.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
🛥️ Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
