This spacious 1,728 Sqft home has 3 BRs and 2 baths. Location is perfect to over 25 area springs and just 13 miles to the Suwannee Music Park. Stores and restaurants are close by. I-10 & I-75 are within 15 minutes.
This property is nestled on 1.2 acres. Recently repainted inside, new LVT flooring, upgraded LED lighting, new beds, fully functional kitchen with everything you need, Smart TVs in LR/MBR, ceiling fan in LR, Wifi, plenty of parking, secure lock for private check-in and washer/dryer.
The backyard is open and cleared with large oak trees. We recently added a new 16x16 backyard deck. You have a table for six on the deck plus outdoor furniture to simply relax. We are in a rural area where neighbors pretty much stay to themselves but we are close to both Live Oak and Lake City. The springs are close by as well as places to eat, shopping and other retail stores. Must be a minimum age of 25 years old to rent our home.

Originally from Atlanta, Ga but moved to multiple cities with Delta Air Lines after college. I enjoy photography, especially drone photography which I've been doing for a number of years now. Recently retired and got into hosting our property. My wife and I spent a lot of time initially working on our property to make it comfortable inside for our guests. We thought about the things we enjoyed when we rented homes and tried to incorporate those items in our home. We plan several outside improvements including a new deck off the back, a fire pit with comfortable seating and updating the landscape including a new driveway. Our goal is to make it a very appealing location both inside and out. We love this experience and so far our guests have been super people!

My son and daughter-in-law bought a few acres and placed a new manufactured home on it last year. Trouble is they took my two grandsons with them as we live in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL! So, I decided to purchase this property so we had somewhere to stay whn we wanted to visit the family. That's when we realized how popular this area was with all the natural springs, state parks and the music park. So much to do in just a short drive from our front door! We decided to rent it our when we were not there and my son and daughter-in-law would manage the property for us. It was a win-win for everyone. This location is so popular. We are close to Highway 90 and you can be in Lake City or Live Oak in 15 minutes. Pluse the golf course is only 5 minutes away. We are in a rural area and the neighbors pretty much stay to themselves. Our backyard is very peaceful. We love the property and the convenience of the location.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
As I have already said its the location. You are so close to so many of the springs and other activities that make this area so popular. We were very fortunate when this property came available that we saw it and bought it. I've had multiple people offer to buy it from me already but we really enjoy it. We take care of it. The inside was carefully done with comfort in mind. Do we have some additional improvements to make? Yes, we do and we are planning on them. We want everyone to come back again and tell their friends!
