This snowbird-friendly retreat enjoys a prime location on an oversized corner lot in a desirable neighborhood - you are minutes away from shopping, dining, and entertainment. Some amazing local attractions include Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Sirenia Vista, Jaycee Park, Edison & Ford Winter Estates, Yacht Club Community Park, Yacht Club Public Beach The Shell Factory And Nature Park, and Fleamasters Fleamarket.

One of the highlights of this sunny home is the backyard oasis, which houses a heated saltwater pool, a covered poolside BBQ area with a gas grill, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a covered lounge area with inviting seating.

As you enter, you will be greeted by an open-concept floor plan with plenty of natural light. Wind down in the inviting living area and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services. The chef of the group will have a great time preparing homemade masterpieces in the updated kitchen with newer cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The home has a split floor plan with two guest bedrooms located on the opposite side of the primary suite. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with granite countertops, dual sinks, and a tub. Additional perks include cable TV in every room, board games, and a large laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
