Beautiful Cape Coral Home, Outdoor Oasis with Heated Pool on a Freshwater Canal!

Our dream villa can be your home away from home retreat to enjoy beautiful sunny Florida and treasure the relaxing tranquility of paradise! Once inside, you discover an array of subtle opulence, an open bright and airy living room, kitchen and dining area with beautiful tiled floors throughout, 2 large comfortable sofas with removable slipcovers. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your stay and features a side-by-side refrigerator, marble countertops, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, keurig single cup and drip coffee makers, toaster, mixer, tea kettle, cooking basics, dishware, flatware and a breakfast bar to seat 4. Adjacent is our dining area which can also seat up to 6.
Our spacious master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, direct lanai and pool access, and master bath ensuite with double vanities, soaking garden tub and walk in shower. Two additional bedrooms are generously sized and share a full bath with dual sinks and large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized upholstered bed with large closet. The third bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle and views of the freshwater canal. The office/den with French doors also includes a futon. If you need to get work done during your vacay, our home has an office nook with desk, high speed wireless internet access and a Canon all-in-one printer. The home is equipped with 3 televisions with cable to enjoy over 125 channels, and WIFI for your convenience. This home also has a pack and play, high chair and stroller for your little ones. Paradise awaits as you enter our outdoor oasis. Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool, screened lanai, covered outdoor dining area, and gas grill while you sit back and relax with beautiful sunset views. Additional features include a fully accessible laundry room and attached 2 car garage. The house is situated in a calm, sophisticated and safe residential area in the preferred southwest of Cape Coral. Great location close to beaches, golf courses, posh shopping, restaurants, schools and much more!

House as described

We had a great short last minute getaway here. The house was just as described and had everything you need. The pool was nice and the drive to the beach ( Fort Myers) was about 30 mins. You have access to stores and restaurants at short distances. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. We would recommend and stay here again if ever back in the area.

Loved our week in Florida!

Just the right place for us. Our two daughters, their husbands and our lovely grandchildren 5,3& 2. Pool was great for kids and adults. Morning at the beach, afternoon in the lanai and dinner by the pool. This place has everything you could possibly think of for cooking. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. Beautiful restful home

Pictures did not do this place justice-/it was simply lovely. The owners thought of everything—house was well equipped. We felt safe and at home here /-and pickleball courts close! Plus a fantastic grocery store.

Best VRBO in Cape Coral

Rented as a family gathering spot for my dad's last days in hospice. Us out of towners wanted to stay together and have some place relaxing to unwind and reflect. Our hosts were wonderful. They let us in early, and offered late check out if we needed it, as my dad had passed and we were making our arrangements. The place was immaculate, including the crisp clean bed linens and sparkly tubs and showers. The kitchen had every utensil, gadget, etc for your needs. Spices in the cupboard, a welcome basket with snacks, and coffee pods for the keurig. The house has a keurig and a regular coffee pot. Big washer and dryer to keep up with towels. Heated pool was at 83 degrees which quickly heated up more with the daily sun. We had an issue with the ac, and the owners responded and fixed our issue immediately. Nice, nice people to rent from. Lovely quiet street, and just an overall great rental. Thank you to our guests for all your kindness. Rent this home-- you won't be disappointed.

The home was wonderful. The pool was fantastic. The home was stunning, clean, comfortable everything we wanted . There were bikes provided. The canal was great for fishing . We were so happy I would definitely rent again.

We spent almost two months in this beautiful home. It was clean, beautifully decorated and Scott and Patsy Ann we’re the perfect hosts. Everything that you could possibly need for a carefree stay was provided. We would not hesitate to rent it again.

Laid-back and Relaxing

What a great place to spend the winter. The house is clean and bright. We enjoy swinging in the pool, fishing in the canal and relaxing walks in a ery quiet neighborhood. Love the location. Close to Pine Island and all the cultural it has to offer. Our host went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Scott travels with the PGA Golf Tour and I work in real estate when time permits but I also love being a stay at home wife, mother, and lolly (grandmother). We enjoy spending time with our family whether its on the golf course or at the beach.
