We want to invite you into our lakeview condo at Palisades! Our quiet private gated community has a plenty to offer with 3 pools, 1 reserved parking spot along with some of the greatest views at the lake. We are located off of the main road HH on Horseshoe Bend so there are no winding roads to get to and from the complex.

The condo is an updated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with a screened in deck. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a sliding door to the back deck. The master bath has a double bowl vanity with a tub/shower. Both spare bedrooms have a queen size bed and the second bedroom has an additional twin bunk. All three bedrooms have smart tv's with cable and the ability to log into your favorite apps.

The kitchen has all the amenities that you would find at home including quartz counter tops, updated appliances, a Kurig single serve & carafe coffee maker, double basket air frier and blender. You will also find there are plenty of upgraded kitchen ware from new pots and pans to plates and silverware. On the front deck there are two adirondack chairs.

Words can't express the view from the lakeside screened in deck! You will have a panoramic view of the 14 mile marker of the main chanel. There is a 6 top bar height polywood table and chairs along with a smart TV and ceiling fan to enjoy those summer evenings!

Our Condo is our second home and we take great pride in it. We do not allow any smoking or pets on the property. This is a quieter complex that is family friendly and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 am. Absolutely no events or Bachelor or Bachelorette parties allowed. Unfortunately there isn't a boat launch or trailer parking within this complex.
