Impresionante, segundo hogar de la playa, porches envolventes, agua y vistas a la puesta de sol.

Esta maravillosa casa unifamiliar se encuentra a solo una casa de distancia de la playa de Tybee's Back River y tiene bonitas vistas de Little Tybee Island y hermosas puestas de sol. A pocos pasos de los dedos arenosos y el agua. O relájese y disfrute de la brisa del mar desde los amplios porches. El tranquilo barrio residencial está alejado de las multitudes, pero está a un corto paseo de la playa más grande frente al mar, restaurantes, tiendas y la ruta del desfile (St. Día de Patrick, Navidad, Beach Bum, Pirate Fest ...!).

La casa es muy luminosa y abierta con colores alegres, muchas ventanas y bonitas vistas del agua. Las puertas de vidrio en casi todas las habitaciones conducen a porches de 10 'de profundidad. Gorgeous property! The variety of outdoor seating couldn’t have been better plus just a few steps over to the beach and just a few blocks over from shopping, food and fun as well! This home is perfectly stocked with more than enough needed items to stay in and cook, make some fun family memories together with games or a day at the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay and all it’s amenities!

Wonderful location and beautiful home

The house was perfect. The easy walk to the beach made it perfect for our littles. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs, towels, toys, books, games, etc. The porches made for lots of time sitting outside enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

Would stay here again!

Our first trip to Tybee Island and we absolutely loved this house! The only recommendation I’d make is to add a small keurig coffee maker for the convenience of coffee. I personally cannot have caffeine but enjoy my decaf while the rest of my family drinks regular so most mornings I did not have coffee while on vacation because it’s not worth making a whole pot! The outside shower was very nice my son used it everyday to shower after the beach and we used it to rinse off!

Beautiful place, setting, and owner helpful

From the outset of booking, the owner was very communicative and friendly. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a lovely welcome bag and the home was perfect for our getaway! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. (not always the case). Cozy and comfortable place with main room airy, open, and well-lit with natural light. Location to the beach/river bend was a bonus. Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Great Home

The home was beautiful! We really enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. We had a small family reunion, and the house suited our needs perfectly. We loved the location of the property, as it was very close to the beach and downtown area. It’s very walkable. We loved our trip, and Susan was fabulous!

Interesting Stay

Our annual girls weekend was one to remember. We were hit with outerbands of Hurricane Helene and lost power for a day and a half. Susan was in touch the whole time checking on us and providing water, flashlight and chilled wine. We were very fortunate to have minial impact and wre able to enjoy the rest of the beautiful weekend. The house was described. We loved the various outdoor seating areas, the living room with plenty of seating for the 9 of us and the proximity to the beach.

Perfect Getaway on Tybee!

We loved our stay on Tybee Island! This was our first trip to Tybee and I'm sure it won't be our last. The house was perfect for our family. I always look for the "4 C's" when going on beach vacations...Clean, Comfortable, Cool, and Close. This spot had all of those. Steps to the creek-side beach and an 8-10 minute walk from the ocean-side beach...less than 10 to the main area with shops and restaurants and such. The house itself was the perfect beach-style house. Lots of light with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Plus, there was almost as much room outside on the porches as there was on the inside. We ended up using the dining room table for a puzzle and eating outside on the porch for dinners and inside at the kitchen bar and breakfast table for other meals. Communication with the owner was fantastic (we had no concerns during our stay, but she checked in anyway and I'm sure would have been right on top of any issues we might have had). Really, just a beautiful house at a beautiful beach!

Relaxing

We visited Tybee while my daughters was at SCAD summer program. We enjoyed time with my husband's two brothers, wives and teenage children. We all truly relaxed and enjoyed the home, beach and biking. The location is spectacular!! and the home is beautiful and welcoming!! We cooked, had family dinners and enjoyed family games. Lasting memories were made. We are planning our next get a way to Tybee with hopes that the Anna Mia Cottage is available.

Tybee Vacation House

This was a very nice property and a close walk to the beach. The home is beautiful, with large rooms and plenty of space. The home was fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pans, etc. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and other items we were able to use. The host stayed in communication and contacted us prior to arrival. The only thing to keep in mind is we learned you cannot have people park on the grass or unpaved driveway (we had family staying elsewhere park their for going to the beach). Nor are you allowed to have many guests over. The host did communicate about these items with us and was easy to talk with. I would recommend staying here.

Tybee Beach House

We came in for our son and his wife's baby shower in Savanah. It was a perfect get away for my wife and I, her 2 sisters and brother, his wife and our other son. Quite an eclectic group. We had plenty of space to be together or apart. We played ping pong, walked the beach, grilled burgers, at at the Wylde and did a puzzle (Thanks Susan). We will be back.

Spring Break Multi-Generational Family Trip

Great property close to the beach with convenient beach access and fishing pier. Beautiful porches with a great breeze and view of the water and sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. More noise from the side beach access and the construction on the property in front of us than we anticipated. Stove/oven was slow to cook. Would stay here again.

Gymnastics Competition

We had an amazing time! This was a great place to stay for our competition weekend. Short drive to Savannah and less than a block from a nice walk on the beach! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Quick vacation

The house was fabulous. Great location to everything especially the beach. Susan was kind and quick to respond. The house had everything you would need for a few people or a large group. The porch was our favorite spot. One of the nicest rentals I have stayed in and the house was also extremely clean.

Great house for a large group

A group of college buddies gathered at Tybee to celebrate an old friend and absolutely loved this property. Everything was just as advertised and the owner was extremely pleasant and communicative. Great house, great location, plenty of room and outstanding porches!

Great stay for whole family!

We needed a 5-bedroom house for our family to attend a funeral with very little time to book one. Found this comfortable house that perfectly fit the bill. The ocean proximity was a nice bonus and the little ones loved the stash of beach toys. Comfortable, clean with lots of shady porches, it suited our needs perfectly. Susan could not have been a kinder or more attentive hostess. Looking forward to our next stay there - minus the funeral of course!

Reunion at the beach

Our small group of college friends greatly enjoyed a reunion weekend at this property. It was our 2nd time here and we hope to return. Great location near beach and fishing pier, very comfortable, awesome outdoor deck spaces, and terrific sunset views. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

It is always refreshing to drive the Tybee road toward our home. It's even more beautiful when we are able to make the commute by boat!

I feel this particular location on the island is the best... Somewhat undiscovered part of the beach in a residential neighborhood, with commercial activity close enough to walk to (by beach or road). And it is a very convenient spot to nose your boat up to the beach, have friends hop aboard and take off to explore the surrounding waterways and nearby uninhabited islands.

A few unique benefits: walking out of the door and being on the beach in a few short steps, relaxing in a chair on the sand or strolling around the front beach to see the action, kayaking across the river to Little Tybee Island (a paradise in itself!), capturing the beautiful sunsets, being close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough away from the crowds, watching dolphins play... the list goes on!
