Slide open your balcony doors and let in the fragrant sea air at this oceanfront condo, spectacularly situated up above the golden sand of Ocean City. Here on the 19th floor of The Capri, you'll greet each morning with a gorgeous sunrise and end your evenings with cocktails and a view.

The Capri is a beachfront complex on the north side of Ocean City, with grounds that include an enclosed swimming pool, a fitness center, saunas, an outdoor tennis court, and a game room with Ping-Pong, billiards, foosball, and air hockey. Enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. Heading outside, you'll be a matter of steps from the beach and a quick drive from Northside Park (one mile), tax-free shopping in Delaware (three miles), the Ocean City Boardwalk (five miles), and Jolly Roger Amusement Park (five miles).

Spend your days swimming, surfing, and beachcombing, and your evenings unwinding in central air conditioning. Enjoy plentiful seating in the oceanfront living room, stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen, and a table with room for everyone in the dining area. Leave the day's swimsuits to spin in the washer/dryer and gather in the living room for movies on cable, DVD, or streaming services (please note, however, that only the living room TV is functional).

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A $75 cash or credit card, non-refundable building registration fee is due at checking in. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
