Cozy Mooring Lake House

This 3,000+sq.ft. home sleeps 16. It's lake front with private deck, floating dock and a pier, plenty of parking, WIFI, master suite w/king, 3 Queen bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Huge bunk room w/bathroom. Large kitchen bar w/ stools for 8 plus a long dining room table. Large outdoor patio w/TV, outdoor games and fire-pit. 3 minute drive to Union public boat ramp. Endless HOT WATER TANK. 35 minutes to Auburn. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and private lake house.

The Space:
Cozy lake décor. Has outdoor porch the length of the house with plenty of furniture and has outdoor TV. Location is great for water life or a quick 2 minute drive and you are at Chucks Marina and Pizza.


The Home:

SLEEPING
5 total bedrooms
1. Master with attached bathroom. Master has a king size bed, desk for any one needing office work, private bathroom and a large walk in closest which is great for storing everyone luggage, views of lake.
2. Queen bedroom: a non working fireplace but with remote controlled light up birch candles.

5. Garage closed and tuned into a bunk room, AKA kids room. 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 4 twin platform beds ( these are a total of 18' high, made low to true platform height, but mainly for any kids who toss and turn, safety for them, not far to fall off bed). We built the beds in such a way that they give some privacy to each sleeper. This way if you need to split up girls and boys you can or kids and teens. An apartment size sofa, Smart TV with Roku, plugs for gaming system, small attached bathroom with a stand up shower ( the other 2 bathrooms have tubs if your child needs a tub bath) There is also a laundry room in the bedroom.

BATHROOMS:
Master has a private bathroom, the other 3 queen rooms have one to share and the bunk room has one

KITCHEN:
Kitchen comes fully stocked, dishes, silverware, pots pans and more.
Appliances: stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (pods)


DINING:
A custom made dining table that will hold 14 and then there is the bar in kitchen that holds 12. The bar is also very wide great for food placement

LIVING:
Living room has a sofa, loveseat and oversized chair.
The fireplace will be a modern electric remote. You can change the colors of the flames, background, heat or no heat.
Smart TV with Roku

OUTSIDE:
Large outside patio. We built a side privacy wall, to keep neighbors from looking at you while you are enjoying your time. Also added a huge Smart TV out there, plenty of outdoor furniture, yard for corn hole and a brand new Twin size hanging bed.

DOCK
Dock has non skid treads going into water, a floating dock and an extra pier if needed for more places to tie up boats
DO NOT use the boat ramp, it is made small boats. It is unsafe for trucks and trailers.
Union Public Boat ramp is just up Centerport about a 3 minute drive.

PARKING
Room for 5 easily, but if more is needed. We ask that after unloading you please drive vehicles up to parking area. The driveway is shared with other homes on property, but we have over an 1/2 acre of parking for all. We also have places you can hook up and charge your boat if needed

GUEST ACCESS:
Self check in with key code door. We ask that after arriving and unloading please to move most vehicles/trailers to half an acre "shared parking" in front of pole barn. Please do not bring more than 5 vehicles and 3 trailers.

Other things to note:

No pets of any kind at any point of the stay.

No parties or events without host knowing and agreed upon

Parking for 5 vehicles and 3 trailers in designated area.

Boat ramp on-site is not to be used, it is not safe for unloading and loading. Union public boat ramp is a 2 min drive

No smoking of any kind in home.

Quite hours during the week are 9:30 for respect of working neighbors. If it is a holiday then 11 during the week. Weekends are midnight.

Fireworks are fine off dock, please be done by 8 during week and 10 weekends. Please notify host prior to arriving so she may inform neighbors with pets. No one wants a 4 legged love one running off in the night. Please be sure to clean up the debris from the fireworks.

All bagged trash needs to be put in dumpster during and when checking out. No one wants raccoons to decorate the yard with trash

When checking out please load dishwasher and start it.

Please strip beds of linens and hang up any wet towels

Check in is 4 pm, check out is 10 am

Please make sure kids do not use the floating shelves next to each bed as stepping stones. (past guest cost of repair was $250)

Our Guest Friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with us. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date, we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of a sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
