Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a Twin. Game Room is also on this level with Championship Ping Pong Table, and Pool Table.
Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed; Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed. Kitchen & Dining area are also on this level.
Level Three: Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, Bedroom #5 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom #6 has a Queen Bed, & Bedroom #7 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a Twin.
Amenities Include: 9 Color Cable TVs, 1 Large Screen TV, 6 CD player¡s, Elevator that goes from ground level to second level, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas, Indoor Stereo System, Keurig, Can opener, Outdoor Shower, Washer/Dryer, Championship Ping Pong Table, Foosball Table, & a Pool Table.
Linens & Towels provided With Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays!
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, lst minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
