House had everything you needed. From the excellent cookware to the amazing beds. We love homes that have large kitchens and living rooms to accommodate all the guests to be together. Host always answered our questions quickly.

This house has so much communal space, we easily fit two families and felt like we spent quality time together without being right on top of each other. The kitchen, dining and living area open and well appointed. There were tons of games for families, which was nice on our rainy days. It is a very short walk to downtown, the children’s trail, river and more. The kids are already asking if we can come back next year!

The house was very nice and clean. It has a lot of bedrooms so very nice for a larger party. Easy to find and close to town. Communication was excellent! I highly recommend!

The house was beautifully remodeled, preserving old woodwork while updating the necessities like bathrooms and kitchen. Location was a good manageable drive to Mackinac Island ferries yet provided nice conveniences in the local Cheboygan area. Extremely comfortable beds! Spacious rooms for a large gathering to enjoy (we had 8 adult ladies). Host was very easy to reach and helpful.

Perfect for our large group

Plenty of room for everyone. Just a couple notes if one of your group has limited mobility...There are 5 or 6 steps up to the first floor. Shower on first floor is in a standard tub. We made it work...

A wonderful property for a family vacation. Very short drive to the beach/park and walking distance uptown. When entering the back door there are a couple great spots at the top and bottom of the stairs for the coolers/beach stuff, etc. Lovely older home with beautiful updates, comfortably well furnished and a front porch that saw a lot of use. I would suggest some grab bars be added in both bathrooms. Our daughter had some mobility issues due to an injury just before our trip so we checked and were then made aware that there were none so we were able plan ahead. But I found that as someone in our family’s “older” generation, that I would have felt a little more secure had one been available in each bath. Overall a great stay and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

Fantastic Choice!!

We had a fantastic stay. All of our family members agree that we want to book it again next year for another family event. This house lives up to the descriptions and has everything you might need. It was clean, very spacious and comfortable. The location is awesome. We have stayed in at least 6 other weekly rentals and this was our favorite. I personally appreciated the little touches like coloring books and markers when I realized my grandkids had forgot them or a family card game that was there. We sat around playing it in the evening laughing hysterically. Thank you again so much!

Big spacious house with all the amenities

Great home for multiple families to gather together. Beds are very comfortable, everyone had their own room which was awesome. Downstairs bathroom doesn’t lock which was kind of a bite when you have many different families together. Owner was extremely accommodating as we were specifically there only for a funeral for one night.

Great, spacious and well kept home

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The property was fantastic and clearly well cared for, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, which made all the difference after walking about in the snow and being tired. Speaking of location, you really can’t beat it— easy to downtown, or a quick trip to Mackinaw.Communication with the owner was smooth and timely, which made check-in and the whole experience hassle-free. It’s always nice when hosts are responsive and easy to work with. Overall, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again, and so should you!

A great family house!

We came for a quick fall weekend with family. The house provided space for all 10 with spaces to be together or alone. The weather was great for a walk to the coffee shop down the street and the teens loved the nearby convenience store for candy runs! The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and made cooking together a breeze. It’s close enough to drive into Mackinaw City, but away from traffic! We even saw the Northern Lights over the Mighty Mac!

Great spot for our girls weekend

The house was perfect for a girls reunion weekend. It's roomy but cozy at the say time. The kitchen was great for cooking and the dining room and living room were great for hanging out. Very comfy beds to sleep in after exploring Mackinac Island and the Upper Peninsula. Cute town to for walking too.

Macinac Bridge Crossing

We came from Va and NY for the bridge crossing. This house was beautiful and with 5 bedrooma fit our family perfectly. Great restuarants in town and a easy drive to Mackinaw.

Great cousins summer weekend!

This home was perfect for our first annual cousins weekend! The space was perfect for 5 couples and a baby. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and loved being able to walk to the weekend market, shops and restaurants in just a few minutes. The well appointed kitchen had everything to make big breakfasts both mornings. There was ample parking in the drive and side street. I highly recommend this home for large groups.
