You are a 2 minute walk from the red line bus line that takes you downtown. You are a 5 minute ride from Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge, the home of the Pacers. The place was very nice, the steps are kind of steep, so if you’re older you might have some trouble. But we had a nice time and enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and close to reatrauants.

Stairs to the bedrooms were rather steep so if you have an older loved one just be aware they may need assistance getting up and down. Other than that, the house was clean, comfortable and conveniently placed to all the fun activities in Indianapolis. The host was attentive, but not over bearing. If you’re looking for a cost-effective place to stay while traveling, this is your spot.

Cozy duplex located in a nice area on Indianapolis. Walking distance to several restaurants and short driving distance to others. Easy check in and Carolyn was very nice and had great communication with us

Great for a weekend in Indy. Great for any events down town. Quick and easy commute to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Lincoln Square great breakfast spot near by and some late night food options also close by. Host communication was great also. I would stay again.

House was great and worked fine for our needs. Was a little chilly but the weather was super cold at Zero degrees, Thankfully there was an extra blanket in the closet to help. Overall The house was an amazing value for the price and we all were very happy! We would definitely book again!

I enjoyed my stay very much!House was comfortable and great space.Kitchen worked well for me: nice size work space, good size refrigerator, and I love a gas range! Bed was comfortable, large bathroom with a tub /shower option: I love a bath. I was comfortable in the neighborhood. A great value!!

Great location close to downtown

The wife and i went for a supercross weekend and this place did not disappoint. Close to everything and the host was easy to get ahold of. Would definitely book again.

Communication was great, check in easy, nice area. Only negative was lack if kitchen items. They brought us a baking pan when requested.

Great host!

Communication was great and always willing to help! Only issues were the beds sit kind of low for me but didn't hinder my stay.

This was an awesome place to stay. I lived in Indy previously and only used to pass by those places abs wondered how thy looked on the inside. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. The book made with all the important information about the area and house was VERY helpful and considerate. The house was very nice, clean, and spacious. The rooms were nice. All of the necessary utensils in the kitchen to cook. The neighborhood was really nice and peaceful. I will DEFINITELY book this place again for my next Indy trip and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and pleasant, peaceful, enjoyable stay in the city. Very satisfied with my stay.

The place was clean and beautiful. Hospitality was at it’s peak(towels ready in every room and food already in the pantry). Neighbors were nice, had no problems. Overall good stay!

Great Location

Great location and great communication with the property manager. We traveled downtown for a concert, then out to Noblesville the following night. Walked through the neighborhood looking at the older homes. Food right down the street.

Just a few upgrades away from being perfect

The home is fine, but it is very bare. Almost no utensils, no bells and whistles. I’ll definitely stay there again, but those little things go a long way.

Neighborhood was nice, quiet (other than at times street traffic picked up). Host was very responsive to messages. Just a note: no paper products were provided other than toilet paper. Host did bring one roll of paper towel at request but just an fyi if you use napkins, Kleenex, etc to bring your own. Also, it appeared kitchen not fully stocked. It didn’t matter to us because we never ate in the vrbo but again, just an fyi if you want to do meals here. Overall it worked for us as a place to sleep that wasn’t too far from the convention center.

He was little dusty and dirty around the base of the floor have all the rooms and bathroom had a problem with the toilet hose coming loose but we put it back on and after that everything was pretty good the steps were little steep but we made it okay
