Our recent stay included 7 adults and 10 children ages 3-13. The house accommodated all of our needs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The best room was the bunk room as the kids had a cousin slumber party every night we were there! Every room was clean and tidy when we arrived. There was hardly a time the pool was empty and the beach is just 2 blocks away. The house was clean and had everything we could need. We did use a lot of paper plates and cups for easy and quick clean up but the house does have 2 dishwashers and an island that sat all 10 kids plus all at once. The owner was quick to respond if we needed anything. Don't hesitate to book this great property. My family is already looking forward to next summer! Only 20 minutes from the airport and plenty of stores nearby for groceries and souvenirs.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect! Plenty of room for multiple families. Perfect location. Only a short walk to beach (one block) and beach access did not have stairs to climb which was perfect with an infant and 2 year old. We will be staying there again.

A Vacation Favorite

This house was everything it claimed to be and more! Beautiful open floor plan. The kitchen had everything we needed, which is hard to find in a vacation home. Beds were very comfortable and well laid out. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. We will be saving this location for future stays. Thank you!

Lil getaway

The property is absolutely amazing and it was very stunning,When I walked in I was blown away from the design and finishings. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the fact I can swim and watch the basketball game is the ideal vacation. We will be staying again at this exact property and thank you so much for your hospitality.

We loved the home. This is a relatively new build so the home is updated and clean. Lots of space for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The huge kitchen island was great for food prep without being in each other’s way. Well furnished with lots of plates, utensils, cookware, paper towels and bathroom supplies. TVs in every room, and a nice size pool and patio area. Only thing we could have used more of was coffee mugs . The beach access is a really short walk and the rental came with a wagon and a few chairs/umbrellas. Hope to come back next year!

Beautiful beach house with dream kitchen

This house had the kitchen of my dreams. It easily accommodates large gatherings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice but could be better with new mattresses. House was clean except for floors.

Shore Shack Splendor

Super spacious rental for large family. Enjoyed having family rooms upstairs and down. The large kitchen kept us all together without being on top of each other. Very clean. Appreciated all the start up supplies. Host was very accommodating! Nice pool too! Short stroll to beach even though we used a golf cart. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great time!

We had a great family vacation at Shore Shack. The house was as described. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Loved the private pool. If you have more than 4 vehicles, parking is tight. On the first day, our shower would not work. Management was very responsive and had it fixed by the end of the day. Would recommend staying here!

Spring Break 2025

Eleven of us stayed at Andy’s property for spring break in April, and it was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our group of adults and kids. We chose to heat the pool, and I’m so glad we did. The kids were in the water from morning to night!The common area with the bunk beds was ideal for the kids who traveled with us. They loved having their own space. The home is just a short walk to the beach, which made beach days super easy and convenient.The location is on the quieter end of PCB, away from Pier Park and most of the touristy stuff. That worked perfectly for relaxing days by the pool or on the beach. Just be aware that if you’re planning to explore more of Panama City Beach, traffic can make it about a 30-minute drive.Andy was fantastic—quick to respond and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks inside and outside the home for hanging bath and beach towels. That small tweak aside, the property was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

this home was very beautiful and a very good size kitchen and living room combo. nice size bedrooms plus another sitting room with bunk beds. the outdoor area with pool was also very nice. the host was always available and responded quickly....we would definitely book this house again.
