Family home in Clairemont with Pool - close to everything!
LOVELY FAMILY HOME. Great location for going to the beach or staying at home. 15 minutes from beach, close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Three bedroom, two bathroom, sleeps 7 comfortably (plus couches if needed). Private pool and hot tub available as well. Full kitchen.
Three bedroom house in quiet residential neighborhood, with two full baths, full kitchen, enclosed backyard with covered patio, black-bottom solar-heated swimming pool. Large living room with big screen. Dining room. Washer and dryer. One California King bed, one queen bed, one bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top).
**please note, the garage is NOT available for guests to park in, the owner keeps their car in the garage**
Great access to the 805 freeway. Less than 30 minutes from Tijuana, Mexico. 15 minutes from the airport. 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Belmont Park, Petco Park (home of the San Diego Padres). 10 minutes from Mission Bay and Old Town. 15 minutes from downtown San Diego (with the Embarcadero, USS Midway, Star of India, convention center, etc.). 90 miles from Disneyland.
Information on the pool and jacuzzi:
The pool is heated by a solar circulation system which heats the pool when the sun is available. The pool temperature is completely dependent on the sun during the day and warm temps during the day and ALSO at night.
Be aware that the jacuzzi temperature is around 95 degrees and cannot go higher. It is somewhat dependent on the outside temperatures.
DISCLAIMER: If it's cloudy during the day and the nightly temperature drops below 50 or 60 degrees the pool may be too cold to enjoy comfortably. These conditions are dictated solely by nature and out of our control. Please keep this in mind when you are reserving this property. The pool company cleans the pool once a week. Normally on Thursdays. They will not enter inside the home.
