The space
Bedrooms:
Enjoy a luxurious cal king bed in our primary bedroom, also with jet tub, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. Our second bedroom comes with a full bed, dedicated work station, and walk-in closet. The third bedroom comes with a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom, and twin on the top.

Bathroom:
With 2.5 bathrooms you'll never have to wait your turn! The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom, with shower and jet tub. The second bathroom upstairs has a tub and shower, perfect for the kids.

Kitchen:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with coffee maker, electric kettle, and French press. There is seating for six at the dining table.

Laundry:
Enjoy your own dedicated laundry room on the second floor! Ironing board and iron included.

Internet/TV:
Entertainment at your fingertips! We provide high speed WiFi.
The living room and primary bedroom each have a 55" smart TV, allowing you to catch up on your favorite shows or have a movie night with ease.

Parking:
The house comes with an attached two car garage, and off street parking in the driveway.

Backyard:
Enjoy a fenced in backyard for your pups, with seating for hanging out and dining!

Entry:
No keys required here! Our self-check-in process is made seamless with a smart lock. You'll receive a distinct door code exclusively for your stay.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is anytime after 3pm and Check-out is 11am.

Guest access

The entire house is yours! There is a cabinet for house supplies for our cleaners only.
Other things to note
Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7

No Smoking Allowed
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

No Parties or Events
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Security
We have a Ring doorbell at the front of the property, a Ring floodlight above the garage, and a WiFi garage door opener with camera outside of the garage door.

Lease
Leases required for stays over 1 month.

Background Check/IDs
Background check, ID, and names of all guests 18 and older are required.

Cleaning
Extra monthly cleaning required in stays over 1 month.

Our pricing is based on seasonality and availability. Please note that pricing may increase due to these factors, when you extend your stay.
