Amazing bay views extend throughout the condo and out to each of the private balconies. Fantastic bars and local restaurants are within walking distance. Flamingos Golf is less than three miles away.

The condo's three-bedroom/three-bathroom layout provides ultimate convenience and privacy for all the guests in your group. The kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare everything from home-cooked meals to beach picnics. Meals and game nights can be shared around the dining table. A smart TV sets the stage for casual home entertainment.

Communication with property manager was great. The property is right off the beach and in centro. The properly had issues with a toilet tank not filling and tv remote did not working. These issues were repaired quickly. There are rubber seals coming out of patio doors that need to be repaired. It would have been helpful to have instructions on the safe and what detergent to use in dishwasher. The water pressure was great in showers but low in kitchen sink and 1 bathroom. Not sure if that is a condo issue or overall properly problem. The security was very good and the front desk people always helpful.

Very Nice Place with a couple big drawbacks

Really did like that the elevators opened right to your unit. The rooms were very nice all the furniture including the living area, bedrooms to the outdoor furniture at the pools were very comfortable. However there is an awful smell at the roof top pool area which also includes the gym. The pool by the beach is shaded most of the day.

Great Location

This rental is in the perfect spot. We really liked that it was walking distance to the grocery store and that Centro, with it's food carts and vendors, was really close by.We found it to be a nice secure building with access to it, and your unit, via fingerprint. That worked for some in our party but not others so you may end up having to carry a card. The elevators open directly into your apartment but you do share the elevator with the unit across from you. They can't access your unit but expect to be looking into each other's places if you happen to get on or off at the same time.Lots of loungers and chairs around the two pools. You might not get the exact spot you want but we could always at least find somewhere to sit. Beach access is handy and was a nice spot to get in and out of the ocean, not rocky or steep. Gym has a bit of everything and not busy. The unit itself is pretty spacious with many balconies, though there were only two chairs between them to sit on. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The water is filtered but we found it salty tasting so ended up buying bottled water ourselves. We also found that, even for short term rentals, amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and laundry soap are not provided beyond what the previous renter may have left. Be prepared to purchase these items yourself. Bedrooms are big, bathrooms good with plenty of hot water and good pressure in the showers.

Everything about this property is as depicted in the write up. The staff and security are professional, courteous and very helpful. The cons and they aren’t a big deal was a shortage of electrical outlets in the common living area and a chair in the bedrooms would be nice to sit on the bedroom balcony in the morning with your coffee. Other than these small details , it was perfect!

Nice place with a few improvements needed

Nice property in an excellent location. 4b is very nice unit but needs more hooks/places to hang towels and bathing suits. Lamps on bedside tables are needed in each bedroom. For the price we paid would expect more toilet paper and dishwasher pods for the duration of our stay given 6 people.There is a terrible sewer smell on the rooftop near the gym/steam room. Many guests commented about it.shower head in one of the bathrooms broke and it took 4 days for Vacasa to fix. Would expect a quicker response time given the price we paid for two weeks. Would still recommend the unit as the building is very nice and building staff are excellent.. Rebecca at front desk is exceptional as well as all security folks.

We had an incredible stay at 4B in Bucerias, just north of Puerto Vallarta! The cleanliness was outstanding—everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was clear that great care is taken to keep the property in excellent condition.The location was perfect. Being situated near PV meant we had easy access to all the charm and beauty of the region. The beach was fantastic—clean, scenic, and ideal for activities like body surfing, making it a highlight for our 3 boys.The amenities at the property were exceptional. With two swimming pools that were pristine and inviting, and a fantastic gym for staying active, is ideal. These features significantly enhanced our experience and made the property stand out.A special mention must go to Ricardo, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From assisting with our check-in to ensuring a smooth departure, his professionalism and friendliness made our experience even better. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The reception staff were also quite exceptional. Overall, we highly recommend this spacious condo to anyone visiting Bucerias, Mexico. The combination of cleanliness, prime location, amazing amenities, and exceptional service makes it a perfect choice!

A hidden gem!

We stayed in Tayau Bucerias 4B in mid-November 2024. As a group of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this place was perfect! We were able to walk to everything, including groceries, we were steps from the beach, and most of the time we had the rooftop pool to ourselves. We had some trouble with the finger print access, but otherwise the unit met all our needs. We especially appreciated the access to in-suite laundry, good wifi, and blender. The only downside was the constant noise from construction next door and the kids drumming and trumpeting every day at the local school (also next door), although the marching band sounds may be less problematic once the building next door is completed as it will come directly between Tayau and the school. Even with that, we'd definitely book to stay here again.

A beautiful condo

This property far exceeded my expectations. The entire unit was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra amenities that I often have to buy myself - paper towel, shampoo, coffee pods, beach towels etc. The unit was very bright and cheerful from the big windows and light/beachy furnishing. I enjoyed my time inside as much as outside. Location was fantastic. A great spot on the beach and walking distance to everything. The pools were perfect and the gym was excellent. I felt very safe with a 24 hr guard and finger scan entry

Wonderful Condo in Great Location

First i want to give a huge recognition to doloras c at the front desk and our host toai. They both were always kind and accommodating. Now for the unit.. Working for the travel industry has allowed me to travel and stay in alot of places. This place exceeded my expectation! Well done 4b!! Exactly as described, clean and spacious enough for us 4 ladies. Communication from start to finish was seemless. Furniture was comfortable and beautiful. There seemed to be a mixture of firm and soft beds. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped for all your needs. The ocean can be seen from all bedrooms. The beach bags, beach towels, shampoo, bodywash and conditioner were a pleasant surprise, not many rentals offer this. We really appreciated the coffee too. Two pools to choose from, rooftop pool has an amazing view and many people said they saw the whales (i was not lucky enough), comfortable lounge chairs but is a bit warm for my liking. Lower pool was cool and refreshing next to a huge hottub. Location of condo is perfect to wonder around town to all the amazing restaurants, coffee shops, markets, shops, galleries and of course the beach. Please make sure you bring lots of pesos, finding a working atm was very difficult this trip and alot of the places to eat accept cash only. I will be becoming a regular here:)
