For the boating enthusiast's, a public boat ramp is located 1 mile from house on Suck Creek Road, directly across the street from River Drifters restaurant. Come enjoy and relax with the pitcturesque views of nature, the convenience of hiking trails, Tennessee Aquarium, Ruby Falls, Rock City and so much more!

The view and backyard were amazing. House was very updated, roomy and clean. Great to have your own heat and air in bedrooms. Only suggestion would be to add baby gates on stairs or guest need to bring their own, which we didn't unfortunately. Would definitely come again 5

This house was very clean with lots of amenities! Each bedroom had its own AC / heater! The views of the river out of the bedrooms were beautiful. Back porch furniture is very comfortable and relaxed. We used the fire pit one night.... They even have firewood and fire starter logs! We would return again!

Amazing stay! Lauren was able to accomodoate my family at the last minute after another rental fell through. Her communication is outstanding and even messaged to check on us during our stay. One of the cleanest and best maintained properties that weve stayed at, and the views of the river are incredible. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful, and the owner was incredibly attentive—quickly addressing a small issue before our arrival and keeping us updated every step of the way. We spent so much time just standing in front of the gorgeous kitchen window, soaking in the stunning water views. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations!

Great place

Looked like a newly remodeled or decorated home. Everything in perfect condition. We were able to fish from bank and caught some big catfish!! She did not list in her description that there is hiking right by the home. Short drive to downtown and many of the attractions in Chat. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, cleaned & FULLY stocked! They even have a griddle & crockpot! Stocked coffee bar & dog bowls! We only slept in the master bed, and the bed was so comfortable! The bathrooms were clean & stocked with nice soaps & lotion. The house is pet friendly! Tucker enjoyed his stay too! However, it is not fenced in & the house is right off a busy street. So you definitely have to either bring a long lead and attach it to the porch or walk the dog around. We didn’t mind walking Tucker around at all because the backyard is nice on the river! Definitely 5 stars!! The host Lauren was amazing & always so quick to respond if I had any questions! We will definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful house with a great view!

Everything about this rental experience was perfect. The house was super clean and located directly on the river. The owner/agent was accessible for any questions. The house is well-stocked and decorated beautifully. We loved our stay there. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful property

Christmas Stay

We visited over the Christmas holiday to get away and find cooler weather. Lauren was the MOST accommodating host and even decorated the space for the Holiday. The home itself is lovely and surrounded by beautiful views.

Exceptional Stay!

We loved our stay! We all said "good night" to the Tennessee River every evening and couldn't believe the views from every room of the house. We always travel with our dogs and really appreciated the dog-friendly listing. And Lauren went above and beyond when we accidentally locked ourselves out (she had the house open so quickly with no grief, even though it was our mistake that we locked ourselves out in the first place!). The Tennessee Aquarium is a must-see if you have kids, and definitely wander over to River Drifters for a cold drink and hot meal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very well decorated and clean and the view was amazing. The property is conveniently located and made getting around very easy. We loved the special details of the home. We were also impressed with the hostess timely responses. We will most definitely return.

This house was amazing with an absolutely beautiful view. I can’t get over how clean it was. Great fishing spot while you enjoy s’mores around the outside fire pit. The host is so sweet and very responsive. If we could give this house more than five stars, we definitely would!! Thank you for allowing us to use your home for the weekend!

Beautiful home with a great view!

We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding! We could not have asked for a more beautiful house. It gave us plenty of room and all the kitchen apparel needed to meal prep for the event! Looking out the kitchen window at the river was a bonus while working in the kitchen. We hope to come back for a longer stay soon!’

Perfect little get away

This place was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family that came from Huntsville, Atlanta, and Nashville for an extended holiday weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and the owners put a lot of attention to the small things that give it the “high end” “quality” feeling. The back yard and views from inside were stunning. Fire pit, smores, neighborhood fireworks, and a gas grill were all utilized! We’ll be back for sure!

Great Getaway!

This is a beautiful freshly remodeled home right on the River! Nice homes all around. The river is very scenic and the windows in the home let's you see and feel the tranquility at every turn. The back deck is fantastic. The owners are very responsive and delightful as she left fresh local cookies for us and restaurant ideas. Smooth process, lots of rooms and bathrooms. Just great for families. Super close to all of Chattanooga and food options are close by.

Sensational experience

The property was beautiful. Everything we needed was there. No matter which way you looked the presence of God was there. We felt welcome when we walked into the house. We felt his peace as we walked through the yard. The ladies that was there on this retreat will never forget it. I would recommend anybody, and I would stay there again by myself. Thank you for allowing us to share such a beautiful experience while using your property.

True rest and relaxation!

Incredibly clean home with the most beautiful view. You get a gorgeous view in literally every room of the house. Whether we were cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in the living room or laying in bed , we stared out the windows and just had instant peace from the view of the river. The owner is incredibly communicative and friendly. An absolute pleasure to rent from her.The only negative for us (and this may not be the case for everyone) is that we were not aware that there is only one bathroom upstairs. There are 1.5 bathrooms downstairs, but all the bedrooms are upstairs. We were a mixed group of family and friend (myself, my mom, my daughter and my daughter’s godfather), so we were not comfortable sharing a bathroom. So that was unexpected and a slight nuisance to have to shower and use the toilet in a separate level from the bedroom. The queen and twin beds and pillows were not as comfortable as we would have liked, but the couches are VERY comfortable. We ended up getting sick and had to stay in the house for two straight days, and we didn’t even mind since the living room is so pleasant and lovely. And waking up to the floor-to-ceiling view of the river was absolute perfection.We roasted marshmallows and just genuinely enjoyed our time at the house and on the property.
