Nice cozy place, good location

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was along one of the main streets that you use to get into downtown and across the River. Kitchen was stocked pretty well too. Would stay here again.

Awesome property

Overall great experience. The rental was clean. Property was secure and felt safe. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!!

Justin Timberlake!! We came… We stayed… We had an amazing time!!! This was the perfect diamond in the rough for our cousin weekend! The place was very clean and matched the description, we will definitely stay again when the next concert comes in town!

Nice place, horrible urine smell

Nice place, a little old. Doors were hard to close. Very clean. There was a bad urine odor. There was an animal over bathroom. Could hear it crawling hxbzhz.around and what sounds like chewing

To start off you changed the door access code. Finally found it in my phone. Got inside and the whole place had a nasty musty smell. We opened all windows and let it air out while we went to the store to purchase some air freshener. Furniture in living room was cheap and not very comfortable. A leg on the table was falling off.

pictures dont tell the story

pictures had me thinking this was a newer property. this is an older property. kitchen is very small and remodel of the inside is about 60% done. no dressers to put clothes in ,so you will have to work out of your suitcases. had it just been my son and i it prolly would've been fine, especially for the price. but overall i was a little disappointed. and the pool nearest to our unit was green the whole week. property management didnt really seem to care at all.

Central location but ...

The location is central and parking and checkin were easy. Place was clean inside. There is a steep, narrow and dirty stair up to the unit and the steps are not the same size - tripping hazard. Common area of the unit and kitchen are really small. Main objections: it's really dark in the living area even in daytime with all lights on, the dishwasher is not secured and the whole thing tips out on when you open the door sending the racks of dishes flying toward the floor - use care. Microwave oven door opens only part way. The shower never gets hot enough. Basically the unit is showing its age. Bedrooms are good but no where to put your clothes & only 1 hanger. Host was responsive in the beginning and then things went south when she tried to charge me $60 for a 1 pm late check out after she had sent a message saying late check out was available until noon. When I pointed out her message, she said, okay, how about $20. Really?! I left at before noon ...
