Perdido and Arnica Bay is a brackish water with a sandy bottom, that's perfect for swimming, skiing and tubing. If you wish, bring your cast net and fishing rods for that perfect fish dinner. Great place for relaxing, walking, bicycling or just casting a rod!

SLEEPS 8! Newly built in 2021, this home is stunning! The entire upstairs encompasses the Primary suite and oversized bathroom! You will be in nothing but luxury on your stay at "No Worries" with all the granite countertops, spacious living areas, and nice size bedrooms and bathrooms that include all the updates you will enjoy!! There is a charcoal grill & picnic table under the home for outdoor meals as well as a basketball goal.

The kitchen has an oversized island bar, regular and Keurig coffee maker, lots of counter space for preparing your dinners, nice size pantry area for storing your items, and a dining room that seats 6 people. You will have all the dishes, wine glasses, children's dishes, pots and pans, and skillets as well as all utensils for your stay. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and plenty of seating with a large mounted Smart TV for your enjoyment. You will also enjoy a wood burning fireplace in the living room for those cold months you just want to get away!

The house offers diverse sleeping arrangements: a Primary bedroom with a King bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 Twin beds. The living room adds a Queen sofa bed, and there's a full-sized washer and dryer for all laundry needs. Revel in stunning views from the surrounding windows in every room.

The Boat lift is unavailable, but you have plenty of tie up areas on the dock for your boat. There are lights and water on the dock. Also, the property does not permit pets, and smoking is not allowed.
