The view from the home is spectacular, whether the bay is so calm that there is no ripple or there's incoming rain across the bay on the Gulf. Along with sofa and chair seating on the screened porch, there are two dining tables and chairs for bay-side meals and a Weber grill (with its own direct gas line) on the adjoining landing. Inside the home, there's a vaulted living/dining/cooking area where you'll enjoy comfy sofa and chair seating at the 50-inch smart TV, dining at the 8-person table, extra extra-large island with seating for 4, top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid appliances (the range and the microwave both have convection option), Keurig and 12-cup coffee makers, blender, and toaster. The separate laundry room includes a Speed Queen washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a large utility sink.
