The private hot tub can heat up to 104°F / 40°C. Please keep in mind that reaching the desired temperature can take some time, especially depending on weather conditions and the starting water temperature.

Early check-in generally cannot be guaranteed because our cleaning team needs the time between reservations to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the entire home.

Late checkout may be available depending on the schedule surrounding your stay.

PARKING

The driveway accommodates up to 3 vehicles and includes an EV charger.

Please keep all vehicles in the designated driveway area. Street and lawn parking should be avoided because city fines may apply.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW

Reservations booked at least 10 days before arrival may be cancelled without penalty within the first 24 hours after the reservation is made.
