In a charming small town, but in a private position, alone on the side hill, a beautiful, bright villa, with a full new air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, spacy living room, 4 double bedroom, 3 bathrooms and a galery floor with a sofa bed. the perfect place to spend a vecation with friends and family: amazing infinity pool, table football, ping-pong table, a trampoline and many other fun activities. The pizza oven in the garden is waiting for you to bake, and the poolside is waiting for your Prosecco. The villa is surrounded with hiking paths, and in a walking distance to Civitella del lago, with it's bars, shops and breathtaking views over the Corbara lake. 30 minutes to the magnificent town of Orvieto and the majestic town of Todi, and about 1.5 hours drive to Rome.

Great House with awesome views

We had a Great stay atvthe house. The pool, garden and surrounding landscape is breathtaking. Very quite, relaxing but also lots of stuff to do if you wanna.Would come back every time!

Fantastic holidays!

We had a great time at Anat's place. The location is incredible, the views from the property amazing. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of space and the area is very quiet. Anat is a wonderful host, very attentive and quick to respond. The house was incredibly well stocked, no need to run searching for supplies on your arrival. We had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend the place!

Best Location In Umbria

An outstanding property with an incredible view. This amazing property is located just 2 km from Civitella del Lago. Civitella del Lago is a beautiful Umbrian town on top of of a hill overlooking the Lake. Also close to Assisi, Orvieto and Perugia. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay. A fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The owners kept the charm of the original stone villa with all the key upgrades to electrical and plumbing. If we went back to this part of Italy in the future we would return to Casa Emilia.

Outstanding location near Orvieto with amazing tranquility

Casa Emilia is an outstanding property in the Umbrian hills close to Orvieto. We spend a wonderful two weeks' holiday in July / August 2024 as a family with two teenage boys and my parents. The view from the house and the well arranged garden is just breathtaking, the pool is wonderful and gives you that refreshment you need during the hot summer days. Cooking and dining inside as well as outside is possible, the kitchen (gas) is well equipped and even has an oven. We also used the outside pizza oven to prepare home made focaccia and pizza. The rooms and bath rooms let you easily get along (even at six occupants). Anat was always available for help and assistance if needed - all in all an incredible place to stay in a secluded spot providing a lot of tranquility and relaxation!

Fantastic place

We had a fantastic week in this great house, a real gem! Two families (7 people in total), kids aged 2, 9 and 12. Beautiful views, a very nice pool and outdoor area/garden. It was during a heat wave but the altitude and slight wind and lots of opportunities for shadows made our days very nice. All amenities available and we had really good times including barbecues and pizza baking. Recommend also the the local osteria at the Belvedere in the Civitella.

Sehr schönes Haus wie auf den Photos ersichtlich ! Ein wirklich traumhafter Blick vom Pool in die umbrische Hügellandschaft. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit großen zweiten Kühlschrank, den man gut brauchen kann (Supermarkt ca 25 Min. Fahrt; ganz kleiner Laden im Nachbarort). Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker sorgen für Abwechslung. Viele einezelne Sitzmöglichkeiten außen. Orvieto in Sichtnähe, Todi und Perugia oder Bolsaner See schöne Tagesausflüge.

Breathtaking

I have travelled to all Continents and this villa has the best view I have ever seen. Absolutely beautiful. The villa is also very pretty and well equipped. Unfortunately for us we experienced some freak weather and the temperature was very cold for the time of year. Thankfully the central heating was efficient and hot water was plentiful. We very much enjoyed visiting the local area and had a great day in Assisi. The owners provide a lot of information for places to visit and I have no hesitation in recommending this property and it’s location. Fabulous!

Fantastic rental!

We could not have asked for a nicer Villa for our stay in Umbria. The view from the yard was spectacular as we relaxed around the pool. The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal as it is located about 30 minutes from Orvieto and 30 minutes from Todi. There were several really good restaurants within 20 -25 minutes drive and a small market within a 5 minutes drive. The villa is well maintained and we would not have changed anything about it. Check in and out was super easy. You will not be disappointed with this villa.

Excellent detached 4 bedroom house in a peaceful rural setting. View to die for. Wonderful evenings sitting admiring the fireflies and distant views of Orvieto. Small sleepy attractive village of Civitella a five minute drive away.Highly recommended.

Very good stay

We have enjoyed a very good stay in Umbria, in the casa. The magnificent view, splendend pool and beautiful house itself makes us want to come back another time. The house was very well equipped, it felt like home. There is no noise in the neigbourhood and privacy is garanteed. Shops and the city of Orvieto are nearby. Hope to come back sometime! Thanks to the owners for making this a wonderful stay!

A blissful retreat in Umbria

We had the most fantastic holiday at Casa Emilia. It hit the mark for everyone in our group: grandparents in their 70s, 40-something parents and a young 3-year-old - from the trampoline-with-a-view, clean and modern pool, table football and spacious kitchen and dining areas indoors and out, to the tranquil 'prosecco terrace', luxurious bathrooms and quality linens. The rockery garden was abuzz with hummingbird hawk-moths, cicadas and swallowtail butterflies, and we were all spied over by large circling birds of prey. With so much to enjoy, it was a shame not to spend all our time at the villa, but we made the most of being within an hour's drive of Assisi, Orvieto and Todi for some memorable cultural visits too. The steep slope to access the property would probably not suit visitors with limited mobility/adventurous toddlers and Scoppieto village may be a bit quiet for lively teens. For us it was perfect. We flew to Perugia airport, an hour away, and hired a car, which was essential.

Magical Holiday

We stayed in your villa for the first week in July and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we've enjoyed as a family. Your villa is beautiful, so relaxing, the gardens and the pool are fabulous, and the view is to die for. It was great being together, we were a large group of my parents, my sister and her children, my husband and our children, and everyone agreed that it was the best holiday we've had in Italy. It was our first visit to Umbria, and the villages were facinating and the food delicious. Thank you so much for letting us use your holiday home (it as a lovely happy and "well cared for" feel to it) - it has given us many happy memories, not least walking down to the house in the dark with the fire flies all around us, just magical.
