Disclaimer: 9/14 - 12/8: The Elevation Repair and Coating Project. The building is making improvements to all of the balconies for all units. This specific unit is blocked off for the dates that its balcony is being worked on. Any dates booked for this period of time will have access to the balcony but construction noise, vibration, and dust can be expected during this time period. Also, portions of the outdoor pool area may be temporarily closed periodically due to safety requirements during this time. The indoor pool and hot tub are expected to remain operational.



The Phoenix IV Outdoor Pool and Kiddie Pool will be closed down starting on Friday, October 2, 2026 until approximately December 15, 2026 in support of the current South Elevation Waterproofing and Coating Project.



As an additional layer of safety, these amenities will be closed due to contractors working off of swing stages over the pool area. As always, this estimated closure will be dependent on weather. The Phoenix IV Indoor Pool and Hot Tub will remain open.

We also offer a full sized washer and dryer which really comes in handy after a long day at the beach!
