Nueva casa de transporte en un carril privado en el centro de Kirkland. Te encantará la privacidad y la tranquilidad en este encantador apartamento de 1 habitación. Todas las comodidades del hogar te saludan. Ropa de cama de lujo, cocina completamente equipada, aire acondicionado y muchos más detalles diseñados para que su estadía sea cómoda. Utilizamos jabones artesanales de Sweet Blossom Co. Dé un paseo hasta el centro de Kirkland, Carillon Point o Juanita Beach. Viaje en bicicleta o trote por el corredor Cross Kirkland. Wonderful oasis in Seattle

This was THE PERFECT place for me to stay while I was in town moving my daughter out of UW for the year. It was immaculate, had the comfiest bed, beautifully decorated and wonderful amenities. Laundry was easy to use (I did a few loads before putting clothes in storage for my UW Husky student). Location was close to campus (20 min) but out of the chaos and Kirkland is such a nice area! Host was fantastic - even provided a couple snacks and beverages which were a life saver when my flight was delayed and I didn’t get in until after midnight! Cannot say enough positive things about this rental- OUTSTANDING!!

Everything about this house is nicely and absolutely done. The hosts went above and beyond to provide the best and comfortable experience from a lovely updated design, furniture, bed coverings, heated bathroom floor, an abundance of kitchen and bathroom items. Whatever you needed, you will find it there. Kirkland is a wonderful safe and quiet city. The location was perfect to visit friends in the area, go to work in Redmond and do some shopping. Highly recommend the carriage house and we will be looking forward to book again.

Exceeded all expectations!

My best friend and I stayed for a concert and girls weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better home base. The carriage house is lovely, updated, and extremely well-appointed - we had everything we needed and more. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is downright luxurious. The hosts left an exhaustive list of recommendations and highlights, which definitely came in handy. Communication was easy and clear, and the location made it possible for us to enjoy the concert and some winery visits without having to rent a car. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for excellent hospitality!

Jill made this stay perfect. From the communication down to the delivery of the home. It was exactly like the pictures but even BETTER in person. Arriving to the home with a welcome sign was very appreciated and unexpected. The home was clean, beautiful and just a gem overall. The floors in the bathroom being heated was EVERYTHING! Jill was very responsive and accommodating. There were no issues with this home. I would for sure stay here again

Eastside Best Kept Secret

One of the best VRBO stays ever, this carriage house is great for a short or long stay! Stocked with everything you’d need, updated and immaculate, easy access to Kirkland or the 405, location was fantastic too. The rain didn’t allow for backyard use as I’d hoped, but it was roomy inside too. Owners left “ local knowledge” list of things to do, restaurants, which was very useful even though I knew the area from years ago. We will be back! Thank you!!

Cozy, quiet - perfect

We stayed for three weeks and have already planned to return for another three weeks in the Fall. My husband is in treatment for cancer and appreciated the comfort of this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, has lots of light and is just a perfect place to cozy up after a day at Fred Hutchinson. Jill and Rick are very responsive and kind.

Lovely place in a quiet neighborhood

We had a perfect stay at this lovely spot in a tree- filled and quiet neighborhood. Spotless and totally equipped with everything that you could want. Excellent and kind communication with the hosts. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more!

Staycation in Kirkland

Our stay at the carriage house was very comfortable, relaxing and I felt a bit pampered. The location is very quiet but easy to get to downtown or trails for walking and biking. I would recommend Rick and Jill’s little gem.

We purchased this property in 2011 and love living here. We built the additional detached garage with the carriage house above in 2018 for family, friends and Airbnb/Vrbo guests to stay. We have met wonderful people that have stayed in our place.

We looked for quite a while before we found this perfect location for us. It is on a private lane, yet in the middle of downtown Kirkland.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our carriage house is perfect for those that want to get away and yet feel like they are still at home. It is private and you can come and go as you please. It is a lovely apartment with lots of privacy. You feel like you are up in a tree house. Our home is also on a private lane. There is a nice balcony sit and drink coffee or a nice happy hour in the afternoon. Nice patio with fire pit, outside seating area for socializing. Walk to all that downtown Kirkland has to offer, take in all the nice Wineries in downtown Woodinville, or a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle to visit Pike's Market and all the fun activities of downtown. We are an hour and a half from Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, Stevens Pass which are both great Ski Areas. The San Juan Islands are close for beauty, whale watching, and wine tasting at some of the local wineries on the Islands. If you want to go biking/hiking, there are lots of wonderful hikes and bike trails close by. Of course if you need retail therapy...I can give you all the inside scoop on that! We hope that you enjoy your stay with us and feel comfortable and at home. NO SMOKING!
