Excellent on the Beach Stay We had a wonderful trip to Indian Rocks at this amazing beach condo! Clean, updated decor, and plenty of room for our family. Modern kitchen was well-stocked so easy to make meals and location convenient to many restaurants to eat out. Beach closet had lots of chairs and toys, so loved not having to bring that along - beautiful spot on the beach for relaxing, playing, and beach walks. Check-in and communication was great, and we will certainly stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Indian Rocks Beach! The location is absolutely perfect—just a quick, easy walk to restaurants and shops, and steps away from the beach with beautiful water and incredible sunsets.One of our favorite features was the storage locker stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach day—chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys, beach bag, cooler, and towels. It made our stay so convenient and stress-free.The decor is lovely and really adds to the relaxing coastal vibe. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—we would absolutely come back!

We loved all the amenities that were provided as we were only there for a short stay to visit a sick family member.The condo was beautiful and the beach quiet.The restaurants close by were very handy and the food good.

This is an absolute wonderful gem that sits perfectly located in Indian rocks Beach. The host was more than accommodating to allow us early check-in. And the facility is exactly as it looks! Just as stated everything that you need for the beach is in the private locker that you have! Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10. Literally the only drawback is a few stairs so if you do struggle with that as far as luggage goals, it may be something to consider. Otherwise absolutely wonderful… one of our favorite things was seeing the sunset and water from the kitchen and side balcony!

The property was in a great location. Besides being right on the beach there were plenty of restaurants and stores in walking distance. The place itself had ample space for our group of 6.

Just what we needed

We enjoyed this stay very much. We were looking for a quiet area close to the water and that was exactly what we got. It was close to great restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked!

Ocean trip

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this property! We loved the cleanliness, the layout, the proximity to some fun restaurants and even a cvs for last minute needs… and we LOVED that we could walk right out to the beach from the property! The beach chairs and umbrella were so convenient, and there’s even a hose right when you come off the beach to rinse off sand. Thank uou for a fun beach trip!

Great Place to Stay!

Beautiful property, right on the Beach! Place was in very good shape and up to date. Had a couple hiccups but the ownerrs where there to answer and help with our issues. They provided beach towels which was nice and had pretty much everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again, hopefully sooner then later! 😊 Thank you

Beautiful condo. Disliked the 33 stairs up/down. View fair-could not sleep because main bedroom on Gulf Blvd. and very noisy. Ocean view poor. Not as I had hoped for. Lisa responded to issues very quickly when I needed her.

Great location

The condo is exactly as shown in listing, which was great. Everything is updated & condo is very nice & beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient to airport, and on the Main Street which was nice to be able to walk to shops & restaurants. Best part, is you are right in the beach! Literally walk downstairs and it’s just steps to the sand. They provide & closet full of anything you’d need to spend the day by the water: chairs, toys, wagon, beach towels, snorkel gear (umbrella was broken but it was there) so you only have to bring your suits. The other good thing was the reserved parking is under shade which was nice! This part of Indian Rocks beach area was very peaceful, the beach was not crowded, and complex was quiet as well. Would definitely recommend!

We spent a long weekend here and can't say enough good things. This is a really great property for a family. Spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and perfectly located in Indian Rocks Beach. You can walk to fun restaurants or take a cheap Uber to Clearwater Beach, plus there are cute shops and even a little brewery close by. Don't miss Pipo & Betty's for breakfast, just a short 1/2 mile walk to the corner. Did I mention the lovely rooms?? Thankful for actual drawer space to unpack for a few days, plus plenty of hooks to hang stuff up! We played board games on the round table and enjoyed using the awesome kitchen. There are two balconies to this property and you can watch the sunset from one and sun rise from the other. We appreciated that there was soap and shampoo provided, and the fact that our check-in/out was super easy. Yes, there are stairs! You're on the second floor of a building with parking underneath. It's not a big deal! IF you can't climb stairs this might not be the place for you, but we found it a perfect getaway and highly recommend.
