Welcome to your coastal retreat at 10300 Coast Guard Rd, villa D102, Emerald Isle! Gated community. New owners have completed renovated entire unit.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The bedrooms are designed for your utmost comfort. Choose from the king bed, queen bed, or two extended twin-size beds – all adorned with premium linens, ensuring
a restful night's sleep after a day of sun, sea, and sand.

The fully equipped kitchen w/wet bar and beverage refrigerator and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Dine al fresco on our expansive covered deck.
Villa also has it's own washer and dryer for convenience.

For those who seek outdoor relaxation, the villa offers easy access to the pristine beach just steps away. Whether you're a sun-worshiper, a shell collector, or an avid water sports enthusiast, this location caters to all beach side desires. Villa amenities include two swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball, outdoor grills and walkway to beach, outside showers and outdoor pools with changing rooms. Elevator located on the ground level with access to this villa.

Our family had a wonderful time at Emerald Isle. The house is as it is described. Nice community, great location and a view of the ocean from the back deck. House came with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and pool was fabulous. Highly recommend.

This is a well-appointed property that fully lives up to its advertisement. The community amenities are a major plus, and parking is plentiful. The host was exceptionally communicative and attentive to our needs.A few minor notes for future travelers: linen provisions are minimal (one bath towel per person, one washcloth per two people, and one set for the kitchen), so you may want to pack extras if needed. It would also be beneficial to have the amenity lanyard more clearly labeled for seamless access to the gate and laundry facilities.

Our family has been staying at PEV condos for over 30 years. This is the best condo we have stayed in (including those in oceanfront A building!). The unit is so beautifully redone with no detail unattended. It feels larger than the space and the pictures don't do it justice. Beds were comfortable, showers were good, and kitchen was well stocked. Communication was exceptional. We would definitely stay in this condo again. The pictures don't do it justice and the value is incredible!

Great week at the beach!

This condo was a great 1st floor unit with easy access to the pool and grill with only a short walk to the beach. The unit seemed to be recently renovated with very nice details. This is the second time our family has stayed in this particular unit and would absolutely rent it again.

We had the best vacation in Emerald Isle! This condo has everything! It is beautifully decorated, close to the bike path, and serene beach. 10 out of 10! We will be back!

Family getaway

Property was perfect for our family of 5. We liked the 1st floor easy access to both the pool and the short walk to the expansive beach. The unit was clean with all the basics needs for a week away. Each bedroom had an en suite which was convenient. We all agreed we would love to come back.

Absolutely lovely place & location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Emerald Isle. The place was meticulous, and beautifully decorated. The balcony was great and provided a little peek of the ocean. Kids loved the pool and I loved that I could see them from the porch area. A super short walk to the beach through a parking lot area was perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

While the condo was absolutely beautiful and close to the beach and completely renovated, we did run into a few issues we've never had before. I had to prompt an email/message about check in codes, etc. the day we were driving to the condo. I did get an immediate reply with instructions, but I feel like that was something I should've received the day before. In addition, the email with the check in info had an hour-later check in time than the listing, which caused a little bit of questioning on whether we would be able to get in at the 3pm promised time (esp since we have young kids). He did write me back right away and said the condo was ready (hours early, so that was amazing). When we got there, I messaged about the cleanliness of the condo because there was sand in the bed, the counters were clearly not wiped down, sand and large debris (like a tooth floss pick and child's block) left on the floor which made us feel that the condo was not cleaned properly. While we did not get a response from the owner the day I reached out (the first day), he did call us right away in the morning and said the cleaning crew was on their way to reclean. They did clean the apartment the next day and we felt much better. The cleaning crew not doing a great job between guests was NOT the owner's fault and I'm sure he will be making sure the quality of the cleaning will be better in the future. After this, everything was absolutely great--location, condo, amenities.

Amazing Condo!

This place is perfect! Tons of space, fully remodeled, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, wonderfully decorated, etc. They even had extra beach chairs! 10/10. Will 100% book it again! Oakes Family - Elkin, NC.

Check in process easy, liked the gated community, liked being in 1st floor with easy access to the pool, villa was clean, inviting, accommodating, ac and WiFi works great, plenty of room for sleeping and dining, like the bathrooms for each bedroom, we enjoyed the wet bar, coffee bar, and cooking each day, walking distance to the beach, location near local attractions and restaurants,would definitely stay here again , 10/10 for me

This unit was just renovated. Everything new. Well stocked with glasses, plates etc. right next to pool and grills. I highly recommend this property!

EI Beach Getaway

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Emerald Isle at this condo! The location and ease to get to the beach and around town were great. We especially loved walks to the Point! My only suggestion would be to enhance the quality of the bed linens. Both twin beds did not have a fitted sheet, but instead had a flat sheet laying on top of a stained mattress pad. The flat sheet was too small to tuck in so my kids would wake up basically sleeping on a dirty mattress pad! Yuck! The sheets in the kid bedroom were very thin and itchy as well. I would rent this unit again but may bring my own linens. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the outdoor space for eating. Proximity to the pool was nice for kids too!

This location is a gated community and has great amenities like tennis, pickleball, (2) pools, and (2) BBQ grilling stations along with beach access with showers. The best location to watch the sunrise or even better the sunsets.. The Pointe is an easy walk to see where the Atlantic Ocean merges with Bogue Sound inlet. The sand and surf will appease to all family members. Fishing, surfing, walking and collecting sea shells are just a few things to do
when visiting the beach.
