This incredible new 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse in Aruba Bay Resort provides everything you need and is the perfect location for your next Padre Island escape. Beautiful turtle murals, hand-painted by a local artist greet you as you're entering, putting a smile on your face. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to gather while planning your day or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all the dishes, pots, pans, and essentials to make a fantastic meal. After a day of fun in the sun, you will sleep like a baby on the Tuft & Needle Mint mattresses. The outdoor patio, decked out with string lights and artificial turf, is the perfect spot to start or end your day as you relax with "Tina" the turtle. Turtle-licious has everything, including the sounds of the surf right outside your door!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes promises to launder our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 5500SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS / WEIGHT LIMIT OF 30LBS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
