The Aerie house

We had the best time at the house. The managing communication was excellent! The sound system was a bit confusing but they fixed it and even dropped off a speaker in the meantime. Hotub kept clean. Downstairs has a little smell to it and they really tried to find it with getting a plumber etc. Location is fantastic. Close to hikes and downtown. We had a very special tiime!!!

Altitude training for our cross country team

This was the second consecutive summer we have stayed in this house... and we love it! I bring our high school cross country team from Florida to run in the mountains and for team bonding. We love Utah... and especially Park City. I feel confident we will return again!

Wedding trip

Overall the location met our requirements, and we were able to enjoy ourselves. The babysitter was excellent and managed to get both little ones to sleep earlier than their parents! I've found Abode staff ready to assist once approached and would use the organization again. Thank you we enjoyed the skiing and our son's wedding was a great success.

Beautiful Family Reunion

Our large family with our children and grandchildren spent a fabulous week together in this spacious and lovely home in Park City. We enjoyed its magnificent views, its large and open kitchen and dining area, and the relaxing living area on the main floor. Every bedroom was comfortable and roomy, with an individual bathroom. We enjoyed eating and relaxing on outside on the patio and cooking on the large grill. This is the ideal home for a fantastic family vacation!

Perfect family retreat!

This property has everything you could want for an extended family or multi family stay- lots of gathering spaces, comfortable beds for adults and kids, beautiful views and a really responsive management team. Everything was nicely appointed. Views from the front and back windows are spectacular at the top of the mountain with mule deer who like to rest in the shade of the backyard in the summer afternoon shade. We are selective travelers and would positively stay here again and most highly recommend this property!

Summer high school cross country training

With all the fabulous running trails in Park City, this house was a perfect home-base for our team. Comfortable for the adult coaches, and great set-up for the athletes. We ate most meals at the house, the kitchen was great!

Wonderful home

Great place for multiple families. Very close to downtown Park City and to the base of Mountain Village for skiing. Awesome property managers. They did a great job from before we arrived and throughout our stay. Would recommend.

Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful house - overall. One improvement could be made with the wall mounted stereo system and also the ice maker which both didn’t work.

Great location and value

This property was well represented with the images and is great overall deal relative to other places in the same vicinity. You are a stones throw to Main street but still have a ton of privacy when you want to get away from it all. The house itself was well maintained and cleaned with all the essentials and then some. If I could make one recommendation, it'd be a better coffee maker (I'm reaching to find one thing to recommend here)! The property management company was on top of their game and is one of the better I have encountered. As someone who personally owns 5+ VRBO rentals of similar style properties, I would gladly use them to list our houses if we ever owned anything in their coverage area.

Beautiful Mountain top setting

Large spacious and well equipped kitchen and plenty of room and bathrooms!! Great for kids and teens too! Convenient location and views in all directions! Only complaint was it got hot upstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay in Park City and were super happy with the house we rented from Abode. It had everything we needed and then some. And the location was terrific. Furthermore, the people at Abode were incredibly friendly and super helpful. We will definitely want to rent this house again the next time we are in Park City.

Beautiful views!

This was a great home for our family! The lay out was great as we all had our own space with private en-suite bathrooms. We traveled with our adult children and my parents. BBQ grill was great. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub from zip lines, hiking and biking activities. The home was well stocked and everything was as described! They provided dish soap, hand soap, extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. This is not always the case with all rentals. We were there in the summer and home is on Aerie Mountain so not sure about getting up there on winter roads. We rented bikes but kept them in the valley at the bike store. We would certainly stay again!

Fabulous 4th

Celebrated a family birthday over the 4th of July weekend. Drove to Salt Lake on Friday to visit Lagoon amused park. Spent 4-hours at Olympic Village & hiked on Saturday. Sunday went paddle boarding & visited historic Park City in afternoon. Took advantage of the property with the family. Made s’mores in the fire pit, used the bar-b-que, played family poker downstairs, kids took advantage of the bunk beds, and enjoyed music and TV during quiet time. Recommend a visit highly.

Great House

Great house in a great location. My family and some friends stayed for 1 week and enjoyed the property. What was stellar, was the management company. They were outstanding. Upon check-in, we noticed the property was lacking a mixer and called to see if they had one we could use. While not required, the property management company sent an individual to a local store to buy a quality stand up mixer and delivered it within an hour. We were blown away! That mixer produced treats for the household for an entire week ;-) In summary, the house was nice, well located and well appointed but the management company took top prize. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Beautiful Mountain Getaway!

We loved staying in this home! The home was furnished beautifully and met all of our needs. The first morning we were there we woke up to a moose in the front yard! Amazing! We also saw lots of deer. We would definitely recommend this beautiful mountain getaway!

Great, spacious, clean house

We just stayed at this beautiful house and never wanted to leave. The house was lovely, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for us, we're walkers/hikers so we walked to town often, and there was a ton of hiking around the house. The staff at Abode are so incredibly awesome. Any problems we might have had were addressed immediately. Tilly is the greatest. We want to go back again and again. Some have asked about the distance to town... we found it to be around 1.5 miles walking. Going to town is awesome, because it's all downhill. Coming back is a little bit more difficult, but we did it almost every day we were there. The house is SO CLOSE to everything. Great location. Great house. Great rental company. I can't say enough good things about it. We'll be back! Thank you Abode!
