Private and spacious but close to downtown Paso Robles. Brand new house with resort-like amenities including saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, tons of lawn games, ping pong table and steam shower.

- Property is 2.7 acres with neighbors on only one side
- Modern farmhouse total rebuild finished in September 2023
- 4 bedrooms (2 with king beds) and 3 full baths
- Primary (master) has steam shower and separate fully enclosed office
- New 20' x 40' saltwater pool with large baja shelf
- New 6 person hot tub
- New firepit with outdoor seating
- New 15' x 20' pergola for shade
- New Propane Gas grill with side burner
- Cantilever umbrellas by pool and outdoor dining table on patio
- All electric home includes universal EV charger for guest use
- 2 miles to downtown Paso Robles
- 6 miles to Sensorio
- 15 mins from Twin Rivers and Paso Robles Horse Parks
- 30 min to Lake Nacimiento
- Centrally located to wineries, breweries and distilleries

electric kettle, food processor, large electric griddle, blender, egg poacher,
ice cream maker and rice maker
- 3 full bathrooms (2 with bidets)
- indoor wall mount Connect 4 and tic tac toe
- tons of puzzles and games in game cabinet in living room
- basketball hoop for pool
- Outdoor ping pong table w/ paddles and balls

Surveillance: A ring doorbell and 4 exterior only security cameras on the property that are recording audio & video 24/7. We have an indoor/outdoor sensor that detects cigarette smoke.
[DISCLAIMERS]
-Pool heat is only included April thru October. For stays Nov thru March, cost to heat pool is $250 base fee + $150 per night (heating is electric and takes a long time so we need to be notified 5 days prior if guest wants heating and guests will be charged for # of days the pool requires heating including prior to stay).
- No glass bottles, cups, plates etc.. of any kind outdoors. If found to be in violation of this rule, guests are subject to $500 fine plus any damage.
- No smoking or vaping in or outside of this home. Subject to immediate guest expulsion and $1000 fine.
- No large events or parties (*per SLO county max # of people permitted onsite during day is 16 including guests, max # to spend night as guests is 10). If occupancy or noise ordinances are broken, guests are subject to expulsion and fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation
-No pets allowed due to severe allergies by owner’s family. If found to be in violation guests are subject to $1000 fine plus expulsion.
-Note we are in the country and SLO County where agro is allowed. Expect to see insects outside and hear many farm animal sounds (eg roosters, dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, peacocks) and occasional visits from neighboring cats/dogs when gate is left open.
-Neighboring property to left of ours (2.5 acre parcel) has been doing sporadic construction in past year to build barn and eventual home and they don’t communicate their schedule with us. Possibility of noise from that.
