GUEST ACCESS

• Full House Access: Enjoy the entire house, including access to the backyard and pool area. The pool is fenced for added safety, but guests are responsible for supervising their own pool use.
• Laundry Facilities: Take advantage of our washer and dryer provided for guests during their stay.
• Parking Convenience: Guests are welcome to park either in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Photo ID Requirement: •A matching government ID will be requested once reservation is confirmed.
• Pool and Jacuzzi Notice: Please note, the use of the jacuzzi or heating of the pool incurs an additional fee, not included in the base rate.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If smoking outdoors, kindly dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Climate Control: Enjoy central air conditioning and heating facilities throughout the house for your comfort.
• Toiletries and Towels: We provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, and towels; however, kindly bring your beach towels for pool use.
• Residential Neighborhood Etiquette: Our home resides in a serene residential area. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors' privacy by maintaining lower noise levels, especially after 10 p.m.
