The home was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-appointed. Kate, our host, was able to grant a couple of specific requests, and was EXTREMELY responsive, day and night. This kind of communication and care for the guests is SO important. We had a great time!

Host and House Both Are 5 Star Worthy

This beautiful home in Santa Ana was our favorite home so far, from all the places we have stayed. Our host Kate is super kind and professional. Her attention to detail and preparedness for our stay was truly exceptional. I will definitely consider this home for any future stays in the Los Angeles County or Orange County Area.

This house was such a wonderful spot for our family reunion!!! Everything is just as the pictures shows and was very clean!! Our favorite part of the house was the backyard, and the house has so many fun activities! Kate is an absolutely wonderful host and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay and is great at communication! She is so responsive to all questions and requests!! Another great thing about this house is its location to so many great things!!!! It is a pretty quick drive to so many wonderful tourist spots in the LA area! Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

The house itself is beautiful, and the view at sunset is absolutely stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as pictured. My group had no noise complaints, no neighbor issues, we cleaned up thoroughly, and checked out on time.However, I personally wouldn’t stay again due to how strict the house rules are. The restrictions on cars, parking, and even daytime visitors made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay. If you’re okay with following very specific rules and don’t plan to have anyone over, the host and property are great. But if you’re looking for a more flexible, carefree getaway, this may not be the right fit.

We care deeply about providing a clean, comfortable stay and appreciate guests who follow our house rules. To clarify, when you requested to book we verified how many people would be staying overnight, how many cars you’d bring, and whether there would be any gatherings. You confirmed 12 guests with no outside visitors, which we happily accommodated. Our policies on occupancy, parking and quiet hours are clearly communicated up front and are in place to protect our neighbors’ peace, and ensure the comfort and safety of everyone on the property. Unfortunately, during your stay we observed more than the agreed number of people and vehicles on site, as well as loud music well past quiet hours. We contacted you multiple times to address these issues and ensure extra visitors left the property. Had we known your plans in advance, we would have let you know that our home may not be the best fit. We strive to be transparent about our rules so guests can decide if our property suits their needs. We hope future guests will review the house rules carefully and communicate honestly so we can continue to offer a wonderful experience for everyone.
