Modern and clean: Three bedrooms total, which are equipped with queen sized bed and extra pillows, and an additional air mattress queen is also provided to accommodate additional guests.

2nd Living room-
A stylish and cozy living area featuring a beautiful couch and love seat, perfect for relaxation, complemented by a functional and thoughtfully designed work desk area for productivity.

Please respect the neighbors. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after sunset outdoors & 10 PM indoors! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, a $2,000 fine, and termination of your reservation IMMEDIATELY. We MUST RESPECT the peace of the neighbors. Thank you.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
-Excessive trash causing trash bins to overfill $50
- Stolen decorations: $50 per item.
- Smoking in the home: $1000 fine.
- Late checkout past 11 AM without our consent: $200.
- Excessive Guests than reservations: $50 per guest.
- Excessive Cleaning bill if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $300.
- Damaged Items in the home will be inspected & be billed to you.
